The bouncing ball
Over the past month I have watched my WA ranking behave like a bouncing ball.
I have been trying to ignore it and concentrate on business, but I am human and it will be a lie if I said it does not occupy my mind at times.
A question from a member prompted an answer from another member, and the answer from that member prompted my clicking on a link that revealed an article posted by Kyle –Ambassadors Rank & Activity Official Update. A post I missed.
The article answered some of my questions but also raised some new and personal issues for my experience here at WA.
There is a hell of a lot going on in my life right now and time is the utmost importance.
Our little rock is experiencing some changes, our economy is shrinking, my youngest daughter is in her final year of her doctorate studies and I am trying to create and market my own creations at the same time.
There has been some success with recent creations and more success means more time creating.
I am also the CEO for my websites, which markets my creations, and CEO and only employee of my mortar and brick business. An employee at this time is out of the question.
Unfortunately TIME is a big challenge and I am faced with priorities and time management.
It’s a joyous yet enviable position and I am trying to make the best of the situation while I am physically and mentally able to. I am having lots of fun.

Life is full of challenges which everyday push us closer to success. Glad you are having fun
I face many of the same challenges running my brick-and-mortar design business Courtney, and there is only so much time in the day.
All of it gives me great joy, and I try to prioritize my time to where the my best revenue opportunities present themselves. It's a real juggling act being your on boss, having done it for many years it still always presents new challenges.
We must be willing to accept change, adjust to the imminent changes for our own furtherance and always stay very creative. That's the key.
Thanks for sharing , this year is my 49th year as my own boss and my policy for those years was -if it is not fun down do it- Sometimes it involves business decisions. Keep on having fun.
I have always felt you are hard working and I hope you do well with your sites since you deserve it!
My challenges are also based on time to a certain extent but mostly my health issues. It is hard to do everything everyone expects of me. I like my family and friends but sometimes I need to have time to take care of my health first. It is hard to fit in a regular job, everything else and work on my websites. I know if I spent more time on my websites I would be further along by now. I feel like doing well on one of those things (job, health, people, websites), I am shorting something else.

I try and keep it simple, I live out of a bag and Travel. The challenges are often when I have to deal with Agents and some people that have no integrity, no interest in anything.
I read what people like you have to say and many others on this platform that have values and integrity which provides me with some level of reassurance that there are still people who care about what’s going on in the world!
But no, no real challenges! Lol
I’m learning to write blogs, so one more challenge!
