Deleting 9.999 + WA Emails
I am not in the habit of deleting WA emails period; Today I thought it was time to do so and was shocked to see the inbox showed 9.999 + emails. It took hours to delete all the unwanted emails.
I am curious to know how many emails are received from WA in a 24-hour period; and would try to delete daily.
To delete gmail emails in bulk on both computer and mobile ; Use you computer and click the empty box in the top left-hand corner of your page next to compose;.
Next to the box there is an arrow, click the arrow to reveal a menu that shows-
All
None
Unread
Read
Starred
Unstarred
Pick your choice; in my case I deleted all
The inbox on the mobile device shows the inbox is empty but I can still view the emails; can anyone explain why?
What is your routine when it comes to deleting WA emails?

I go through them daily. Some are really good training and I file those away to keep. If I don't see some obvious benefit in the email title then I delete it and not read. My time is very important and I only read what I feel is important. Also, I always read Kyle and Carson's as it pertains to what is going on in WA.
Under bigrogb@gmail.com I get about 90% of my emails is WA emails. If they are about a day old and they are unread I usually delete them. On my laptop if I see yesterdays date next to the email it automatically get erased. They are too many emails to read if you don't stay on top of them. Sometimes I erased over 1000 emails. I try to maintain my emails everyday if I can.
Same routine as yours however I recently applied a label to all wealthy affiliate emails in http://gmail.com.
This way I can pull up all emails by label and choose to "select all # conversations". This will automatically select all wealthy affiliate emails in one click and delete all in another click.

I delete as I go.. I haven’t deleted any on the WA website though. I guess I better. I’m sure it’s over loaded!

Delete the your comment has been liked emails
Go through the comments to my posts or reply's
Read and answer any questions I can
Then go through the blogs
Rinse and repeat because by then I have more comments in response to my comments.
The circle of life I suppose

shampoo companies used to put the directions for use as: wet hair, lather, rinse and repeat on their shampoo bottles
the reason for rinse and repeat was to get you to use twice as much shampoo so you would have to buy more

ALL my WA emails come to my gmail inbox. I have them filtered so they ALL show WA
What I do each day, is this, open my gmail inbox and DELETE the Great a comment of yours has been liked
Then, I look at ONLY the days emails received, so it can be quite a few and respond to comments and read blog posts, posting a comment if I have something to contribute, or just liking it
I like ALL posts, because no reason not to
I apply that routine, through out the day, soemtimes 2/3 times a day, but only answering that days emails.
Dping this means I don't get bogged down with them and am free to build out the blog, help others who have come here and watch training

I have one gmail account for WA which make deleting easy.I just have to get in the habit of doing it.

WA is set as my home page on my PC, so on start up, it opens
I have the google tool bar, with the mailchecker extension, which I then click on and it opens my gmail up, then I do as previously described
I only have work related emails in my gmail box, all filtered and workj from there. I don't work directly on emails within WA, as I found it confusing that way, which is I guess what you are saying
Any emails that invite you to earn ambassador points are dealt with in the same manner.

I am reading and responding on my cell while sitting up in bed and sipping a cup of coffee.easy fast and comfortable.
I already have more than a thousand unread and I don't know when I delete it. Most of them are not related to our online business.
If you are accessing your emails via outlook or similar, deleting them on there will not delete them in webmail; you have to delete on both.
I use webmail in my iPhone and outlook in my pc so I delete as I go.
I very rarely use my phone to respond to emails, just use it as a general check.
Virtually all of my corresponding takes place on my laptop using Outlook

I am nor reading most of my We emails on my cell phone .it is faster and easier.I love it. The deleting is done Lon the laptop.The cell inbox registers the deletes but I still see the emails.
Normally, I delete all unread email on a daily base, I forgot yesterday, and I have 400+ notifications in my inbox already Way to handle the WA email flow
They do mount up.I am reading and responding in chronological order.that way I see who in my network is still active and I get through about 30 in the early morning while still in bed.the only draw back is the fine print for my aging eyes and small screen which means it is easy to make typos. But thanks to AI.you are sometimes alerted.

I automatically send all my WA emails to one folder and I just checked and I have 23,477 emails in that folder. I do look at them, but I go in and read dozens at a time. I'm saving them in case I need to search for something.
