Failure

So I've been a member on here for two months, and still have not made a cent. Is it the way my website is presented? Or maybe not a lot of people are interested in this type of thing. I also feel like I'm procrastinating a lot. I feel like cancelling this awesome program sometimes, just need some input I guess

thanks guys for all the input, i definitely will stay here longer. I took a little break for the holidays and I am now back. Hopefully for good. Thank you all for your input.

My outlook and expectations are the same as SpiritRocker below. I was going to give myself 6 months before I would start to worry. In another 7 days I will have been here 5 months. I have learned so much in that time and I am seeing the knowledge I have gained beginning to pay off. There are many things that must happen before you can make money online. Personally I just do not see how it could happen within 2 months.

If I were you I wouldn't give up, especially after only 2 months. I would stick it out for a year. I remember Kyle saying that early on in his career he had thought of quitting but decided to stick it out a little longer. By doing so he made his first sale shortly afterward and the rest is history. So don't throw in the towel just yet. You need to give yourself some more time.

Hi Peter. You can give up if you want to. but I wouldn't. You have good writing skills, though I don't think you're currently using them to best effect. Here are some things you could think about

1. Post your website link in the getting started classroom and get a few more views about your website. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/getting-started/please-give-me-feedback-on-my-website

2. Content - you need to add more content on a regular and consistent basis.

3. Internal links: Make sure that you put these in as relevant. In your post - Dual exhausts you say "...In a previous post..." - How is the reader supposed to know what you're talking about. You need to provide the link for them.

4. Monetisation. How is the site monetised? Is it a few banner adverts at the side? Hmm - I don't think anyone is currently going to click on these. Go back and read Vicky's training. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/6-ways-to-make-money-with-your-wordpress-blog and relisten to this video https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-make-money-online-the-process-explained

5. Procrastinating - Give yourself a kick up the backside and add more content. No one can do this for you. Two months is nothing. You have to offer value to your readers - who you hope will eventually turn into customers. You've barely started.

I came into this figuring that perhaps I'd get my first sale in six months and have regular earnings in a year. I've been here two months now and I have a nice web site (or so I believe) and am getting visitors, a few at least, regularly. This is success for me at this point in time. It's all a matter of time, effort and quality. If you came here expecting to be making a living in two months and you are not doing that, I can see how you might be considering it a failure. But the question is; is it the system or your expectations?

After looking at your website I would say you have a good start but you need lots more relevant content to attract visitors.
