I recently noticed in a training video on Google Authorship that Kyle had his profile set up as Kyle WA. I've also run into chat conversations about protecting one's identity. Should I have my About Me page, Google Authorship, Google+, Facebook and all the other places that "I" might show up changed to something that is not ME? Billing Support?

How do I contact any actual "people" in the billing area? I noticed that when re-signing-up that there was Discover Card pictured, but the drop down only listed Visa and MasterCard. I'd really love to use my Discover card but can't figure out how. I'd also like to see if I can change/define the day of the month my account is charged. any suggestions?
