This has been a common concern. NOT TO WORRY. It will get sorted out. I used to be concerned about my rank when I first started and now. I kind of panicked the first time I left the ambassador ranks. Now I just work and blog when I want to share. It's all good.

Cindy do not worry too much there might be a few glitches but how your rank here is not as important as your ranking with google just keep working away on your sites and being with us when you can, have a good weekend

We have had a similar experience. We decided not to focus on the rank but to focus on developing our business and website. The ranking will follow.

There were a number of blog posts yesterday talking about the fact that the WA ranking system seems to have had a problem. The fluctuations you are seeing are probably a result of that. Your rank shouldn't be jumping around that much. I'm sure the people are working on finding and fixing the problem as quickly as they can.
