Can someone loose his or certified commenter status and what are the things that will make him or her loose it? Thank you.
Hi - its a rolling program, so you have to keep your score above 50, so you need to be commenting every day. If you lose it by dropping below 50, you can requalify.
Your approval rate needs to be above 80%. If you drop below 80% you will be banned permanently from commenting.
hello! :) I am interested if I can earn any cash from commenting? Like to pay the membership with it
Hi - you need to become a certified commenter. This means leaving 50 comments in the space of 30 days. After that, you could earn $0.50 for every other comment, but this is not guaranteed. It would be difficult to leave enough comments to cover the cost of membership.
And even if you do earn enough, your membership fee can't be taken automatically from your earnings. The money would be paid on the 1st of each month into PayPal
Thank you for your detailed answer! I have one more question - since I have some difficulties with Paypal now ( they say they have some problems because of Covid19), can that money or money from referrals just be kept until that problem is resolved?
Hi - yes, you can leave it as long as you want, you don't have to cash it out each month.
Yes you can. If you stop commenting regularly, you will lose it. That is what happened to me.
The other way that you can lose it is by writing a bad comments that get rejected. By bad comments, they are either irrelevant to the post or they are in such poor English that the website owner feels like they will hurt their post rather than help it.

How to loose your certified commenter status?

Some people comment just to comment.
Like, "That's great!"
I see this too many times.
Those are almost worthless comments. Don't add any value to what ever the post is about.
I don't comment so much, but try to provide value when I do it.
Might never get to "certified commenter", but will be recognized as a valuable commentator.
I have followers that always look and read my, sometimes long comments, because they value what I comment.
In my community, I am sought when neighbors or people that know me want reality answers.
So I guess that better than a "certified commenter" it is better to be a "certified valuable commenter".
