A while back I had this same issue. Instead of three I had around 40 (if not more.) But all read good on my end. I contacted support, they made some adjustment and 'poof'...all errors gone!

A soft 404 is not necessarily an page not found. It is an indication from Google that your page is thin in content or may be too similar (duplicate) to other pages in some way.

I checked the three pages you have listed above on your website and there isn't much to any of them. You could try using the No Index option on the page. Alternatively, just add a bit more content to them and see if that helps the situation.
