Does anyone have a good way of keeping all the passwords organized?  I thought I had a good system but it is not working.  My problem is mostly with the google accts. ie:  blogger, adwords, gmail, adsense.  Can these all be the same password? Please buddy me!

Roboform works well for me. In my opinion, if I were to use the same password for multiple accounts and somehow had a security leak,it might be easy for the intruder to figure out my password. Be careful, use a back up plan as well.

I use RoboForm and sync with Good Sync... offered by RoboForm. I also keep a print out of my RF passwords in a safe place. I am tracking over 100 passwords!

I use RoboForm as well, but I back up all my passwords in G-docs for safe measure.

I use LastPass. It's free, and has a tone of features that make your password management that much easier. You can have just ONE password and it will automatically enable all others you have setup for different accounts. Much better than using the web browsers in built password manager, as it allows you to have access to your passwords remotely :)

I have a web notebook from Levenger in which I keep all of my accounts and passwords. For clients for whom I have to set up and administer multiple accounts, I just make a client page on the back of one of the pages and write them all in one place. I don't have to really access them when away from my desk, so it works for me.

I use RoboForm. It is a password keeper software. I have come to depend on it.

PS, If you're away from your office a lot, then Google docs is your answer. I do both.

I have a manila folder for each account and keep the password on the inside flap. I don't use the same passwords because someone gave me the advice not to. Jay thinks it's OK though. For some reason, I can remember most of the passwords, but I'm wrong some of the time. This is my old fashioned way of keeping organized. It works.

Yes, they can all be the same password. Try using google docs as it's a great way to keep a spreadsheet of all your passwords.

I use google documents to keep organized with passwords
