Develop a mindset of an entrepreneur
I introduce myself on my social media accounts as an ENTREPRENEUR.
But sometimes I don't think like one.
Sometimes I don't act as an entrepreneur.
This could be the effect of over 30 years in a 9-5 job..
So..I guess it is high time to get out of the 9-5 job mindset and develop one that befits an entrepreneur!
Let me start by looking at the Pareto principle - and what has this principle to do with entrepreneur mindset..
In the context of quality control and management, Joseph M. Duran developed a concept he called PARETO PRINCIPLE, based on Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto's observation that approximately 80% of the land in Italy was owned by only 20% of the population. Surprisingly, this observation of Pareto is the same in almost every country.
Honestly, I find difficulty understanding this..
But when stated differently, I could grasp some meaning..
....simply put for entrepreneurs: "20% of any activity will produce 80% of the results"
80-20 for entrepreneurs could be stated in many forms:
- "80% of success is due to psychology (mindset-20%)" says Human Behavior Expert & Performance Strategist Anthony Robbins
So,.....
How should an entrepreneur think?
Where should an entrepreneur focus his/her mind?
What must an entrepreneur do to develop a correct mindset?
We have many questions and opinions on how to develop a mindset befitting an entrepreneur.

Stop passing the buck and blaming others.
Hold yourself accountable – even when you aren’t to blame – and take action to fix the problem.
The entrepreneurial mindset requires you to take complete control and hold yourself accountable to your outcomes

Hi you rightly said it being in something for 30yrs it might take another 30yrs to change. But where there is a will there is a way, keep working on your mindset and you’ll get there.
