The form is currently in .rtf format.
If its a contact form you can use a plugin like Contact Form 7.
If it is a form like a sign-up form, etc. I use google forms and embed it into the webpage. It tells you how to do it on their site.
Hope this helps :)

How do I add or insert a form into my website?
The form is currently in .rtf format.
Thank you all. I have realized that I needed to change the form to a .pdf format and that worked. Have a great day!

I have a website created and hosted here for a family member's business. She would like to be able to login and update the website without having to go through WA.
As a
Just go to Users in your site and add them using their email address. They can then log in to your site by adding /wp-admin to the end of your domain name, ie.
http://YourSiteName.com/wp-admin
Thank you Rich. Is there an option where she may change the password to one she will remember more easily?
Actually there's no option to change the password on websites hosted here. WA controls the passwords as they can very easily be a security risk.
On a typical WordPress site, all you need to do is add /login/ or /admin/ to the end of your site’s URL.
For example:
www.example.com/login/
or
www.example.com/admin/
Both of these URLs will take you to your login page where you can enter your username and password. Once logged in, you will be taken directly to the admin area, or dashboard, of your site.
