It's Only Been a Few Days

Its only been a few days, but I have learned so much. I have tried website hosting in the past and even built out a website using square and weebly. They are not hard to build a website on, but they don't offer the sheer amount of tools offered through this site, let alone having a helpful community to fall back on.

The Content

Learning to produce to content was a major motivator for me, because it focused on more than just the website building aspect of it. I was more likely to go out and discover how to build the website because I cared so much more about it than if I had just been doing visuals. I started a tech blog called tech yeahs, that I'm mostly using for training, but I thoroughly enjoy adding content to it.

I'm at the end of the level 2 training and feel very confident I could recreate what I have done comfortably with another website. I got domains and premium early on because I knew I would want access to that level of content and tools immediately. It's already benefiting me. Having the ability to create 10 websites that are my own in an affordable manner is incredible. And I know in the future I will utilize everyone of those.

The Journey

I'm currently taking a digital marketing course through google and Coursera in parallel with this. I can confidently say some content is already overlapping and helping me build a solid foundation. I'm learning so many valuable skills incrementally in such a short period. When I go to my job I can't wait to come home and produce more content and progress further in the training, because I know it is leading to something great. My site got Indexed almost immediately by google, but I didn't post about it because I wasn't ready to write, but now I'm.

It's not even about money or making money, I'm confident that will come. I have made and make money online already through various methods, retail arbitrage and flipping computer parts, but something about this feels so much more fulfilling. I'm creating a digital space that belongs to me and that I'm in charge of. That alone is a bit freeing.

The Vision

My Tech blog is not really my ultimate goal, that doesn't mean I'm going to abandon it, but it's a hard area to get really good keywords in. I will keep at it, and keep trying to fight for supremacy on the SEO ladder. I'm mostly using it as my learner platform though. Eventually I want to graduate to the vlogenblog, with my wife where we do a cooking show that is hands and pans and write a coinciding article and recipe. We already own the domain and have some really nice logos like the on the cover.

I don't plan on stopping there though, I want to fill many niches with many websites over the course of the next few years. We have created some of our own seasonings that I would like to take to market using the Amazon FBA program and a co packer as well. The exciting part is it doesn't even have to end there. I would still have eight more websites just on premium that I could fill out to be slaves or to build new blogs around new niches.

Where This is Going

I have this joke, that I'm a non-practicing Zen Buddhist, because I'm not religious and because I still eat meat. Not Zen enough, but something about all of this feels right, like the universe aligned for a simple frog looking for water.

So many affiliate marketing communities are get-rich-quick schemes and this isn't that. It's a solid foundation that is building online skills that will benefit anybody willing to learn. Even if you came here and chose to just use the free resources its amazing and the premium resources are even more amazing. I know when I begin to exhaust my informational content I will be prepared to step up to premium plus.

In Conclusion

In a vast sea of underwhelming content deserts that is the affiliate marketing community. This is an oasis. I have accomplished more, set more goals and learned more here in less than a week than any other program I have encountered in this subject. I'm sure there are other good communities out there, but I have yet to come across them, most of them begin shoving their product down your throat before they even teach you anything, even if you already paid them.

This is my place and these are my people. Even after I'm successful I will never forget this part of my journey, because this is how it all started, "this is the way".
