Hi all,

I'm a bit confused about my payouts, I've got a decent amount in my account on WA from referrals, as I've not taken a payout since I started on here.

Same here. I asked 8 days ago, no reply. There is no slider in the Stats to exchange for cash.

Curious, just tiny amounts or larger amounts? As an ambassador, which gives me no power over anything but I just want to understand what people are experiencing so I can message Kyle my concerns as well. I really hope you get it figured out. I understand that the payment threshold is $40

Do you really think that this funny title means anything? But thank you for your concern.

It means nothing at all... just that I care and feel some responsibility for some odd reason.

Joy, perhaps my reply was a bit too direct, so let me add, I have been a "proud owner" of this funny title in the past 478 days, perhaps you overlooked this. And as you see this was not good enough to get a reply. So I wonder why you think your message 'as ambassador' to Kyle would work. Cannot argue about your feeling of responsibility, though I feel you overrate the value and importance of the rank. It is meaningless, but this is just my thinking.

I agree that it is meaningless and I did overlook that you were also an ambassador. I have been tracking the feedback I have given and the lack of action in response because it is important to me that I only stand behind a platform or 'community' that actually follows through on its promises.

To date, Kyle has responded to even my harshest of criticisms but as of yet, I have not once known him to take action, including my criticism of the fact that numerous members are not being paid their referral fees. So I am definitely not saying I will get a better response, I am more or less saying WTF?

As for the responsibility piece, that has more or less how I have felt from the beginning. well before the ambassador title. I feel compelled to help people like Loes, yourself, and others who are not being reimbursed for their efforts because that's who I am as a person...I am a community member and I take it seriously but I honeslty feel like there's nothing anyone can do until the powers that be decide to fix what is broken. That's why I haven't been participating much recently. I have honestly kind of given up on WA.

Thank you both for your input. I've now messaged both Kyle (a week ago) and Carson (yesterday). If I don't hear anything back I'll be cancelling my membership as this is getting ridiculous.

I hate having to bring this into the public domain, but since I'm being ignored I felt that it was the only thing left to do. I'm owed over $500 now so it's definitely not an insignificant amount, and to just be taken seriously would be nice.

Anyway, hopefully it'll get sorted out, and thanks again for your support.

On my wall it seems the minimum payment threshold is $25. Is it an orror? I have only $31 and it looks i haven't been paid this month.

I read about this same thing happening to a few other individuals including one of the ambassador who had money accumulated from creating trainings. You need to message Kyle. Good luck! - Joy

Thanks Joy, I have tried to contact him but I understand that right now he's probably insanely busy so I may need to wait out on that. I'm glad it's not just me that this has happened to....I think!

It should not take more than 48-72 hours for him to respond during the weekdays.

Thank you for including the link below in earlier discussion with other members. I just joined in today! I am wondering if you can help me to solve my problem. I followed Bothewebguy's directions and successfully set up an account in Google and I can now respond to emails in that account.

But, my problem is I want to forward the emails for my website to an email address in Outlook. So, to use the reply account set up in Google it seems that the only way to do that is to copy and paste incoming mail from Outlook into Google and then I can reply.

I must say I find this all very confusing. SiteRubix doesn't allow for forwarding of webmail. So there doesn't seem to be a way of receiving and responding email from the one account, e.g. Outlook or Google.

I want to close my hosting account and move all my websites to WA including my company domain I use for all online signups etc plus much more!. For this reason I need to be able to forward emails to Outlook.

I don't know how successful I would be working permanently with Gmail unless I can find a way of accessing it easily.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi - it depends on the email program you're using.

I use GMail - so in Settings, I'd go to the Accounts and Import tab, and then select the option:

When replying to a message:
-> Reply from the same address to which the message was sent

You may have something similar in whatever program you use?
