Try to clear the cache and refresh the browser if that doesn't work contact site support if this is for your website

They replied saying I didn’t type in something about the ASCII value? I don’t really know what that is, but it’s published anyway 😆

I always backup mine, including the outline and the raw text, for future reference. I upload them to Google Cloud, but you can also keep a copy locally.

Putting in a ticket is simply reaching out to site support under the Help menu. They will contact you via PM after that, Genie!

Site support is for when you need technical help with your website, say for instance if something is not working properly. Also if you have a code that needs to be placed in your website it’s always a good idea to let site support handle that. The ticket is basically a message you can send to site support if you have any questions or need help with your site as I mentioned before.
