Hi Fam,

do you know any tool that can schedule all my weekly posts in advance?
I always forget or miss the timing to post 😆

Cheers

Buffer does my Social Media scheduling. WA will let you schedule your posts the last time I looked.

Hi Don,

Thanks!! That’s exactly the one — I just couldn’t remember the name 😅
I’ll re-download it and give it another try 🙌
Appreciate your help!

Genie

There's a scheduler built into WordPress. It's not as reliable as I like but if you install the plugin called "Missed Scheduled Posts Publisher by WPBeginner" then it becomes reliable.

have you seen a plugin called wpmastertoolkit Richard..
this one has a lot of functions that covers a lot of plugins - so makes it a bit easier to manage...
shame they twigged onto the backup part of it, but still very useful...
it has an option to post missed schedule posts - not tried but an option...

2

No, Phil. I'll take a look. Thanks for the heads-up...

Hi Richard ^^

Tks for the reply

Sorry I didn’t explain clearly before 😅
I’m actually looking for a tool that lets me upload all my weekly content in advance — not just blog posts, but also for scheduling posts on Facebook, X, Instagram, etc. (I know Pinterest has its own built-in scheduler).

Genie

1

No problem, and it looks as if you found what you want.
;-)
Richard

2

there are a couple of post calendars that do work...
of there is wpmastertoolkit that has an option to try posting if schedule missed...

1

Hi Phil

Ohhh got it now! 😆 Thanks for the info — I’ll check out wpmastertoolkit and see if it works for me. Appreciate you taking the time to share 🙌

Hi,

I’ve noticed that all the images in my blog have disappeared. I didn’t have a backup, so this is quite troubling. Is there any way to recover them? Thank

2

it looks like your theme has a conflict either with wordpress or another plugin or even some css you may have added ...
worth disabling your plugins one by one - except the seo plugin and then clearing the site cache under websites>>sitesmanager>>details ...sitespeed section and when viewing clear the borwsers page cache by pressing ctrl+f5....
if you still get stuck you could get support to restore a backup from before the last time you updated plugins or ask them to explore why it is broken...but it may not be their job now....

Cheers, Feigner

I have two quick questions:

Where can I find the "SiteSpeed section"? Is it the one shown in the picture I attached?

You mentioned clearing the browser’s page cache with Ctrl+F5 — could you clarify where I should do this, or what it should look like?

Also, I noticed that some of the images in my articles are still showing, but others are missing. Just wondering why that might be.

Thanks so much for your help!

Genie

if you goto websites>>sitemanager>>details and scroll down a bit then you find the sitespeed section...
i call it sitespeed it is called siteplus+....

when you visit your site after making changes the chances are that you will not see these changes - so to see them press ctrl key and the f5 key together to refresh that page and it refreshes the stored browser page - at least with windows and most browsers....

Hi Phil,

Thank you so much for the detailed reply — I really appreciate it! 🙏
I gave it a try, but just like Larry mentioned, I didn’t upload all my images to “Media” before adding them to my articles... so now, some of those images have left me forever 😭

1

Have you been tidying up your files recently on your computer or document folders?

Out of curiosity was the person that you hired to help you with your website Indian/Pakistani?

Regards

Brian

1

Are you uploading all your images to "Media" before you add them to your articles?

Larry

1

Oh, mine? I didn’t! Just copy-pasted.

1

That's why, they are showing like that, You images have to be uploaded to you "Media" before adding to the articles

Hi Fam,

When you created the Sitemap, which plugin did you use?

Can anyone recommend one, please? 😊

3

I use the all in one seo And I love it and I only use the free part and it will build you a site map once you install it

Step 1: Download & Install All in One SEO
1. Log in to Your WordPress Dashboard
2. Go to the Plugins Section
      •   In the left-hand menu, click Plugins > Add New.
3. Search for “All in One SEO”
      •   In the search bar at the top right, type “All in One SEO”.
4. Install the Plugin
      •   Find “All in One SEO – Best WordPress SEO Plugin” by AIOSEO.
      •   Click Install Now.
      •   Once installed, click Activate.

Step 2: Find Your Sitemap Link
1. Go to the all in one seo Settings
      •   In your WordPress dashboard, go to All in One SEO > Sitemaps.
2. Enable the Sitemap (If Not Already Enabled)
      •   Make sure the Enable Sitemap toggle is turned ON.
3. Find Your Sitemap Link

4. Verify the Sitemap
      •   Open the sitemap link
5. Submit Your Sitemap to Google
      •   Go to Google Search
      •   Under “Sitemaps”, enter your sitemap URL (sitemap.xml).
      •   Click Submit to help Google index your site faster.

Hope this helps
Shawn

Hi Shawn

Wow! These are incredibly detailed steps—thank you so much! 🙏

I truly appreciate your guidance. I'll give it a try right away.

After creating a Sitemap, will it help Google index my site more easily? 😊

Genie

Hey Genie!

You’re very welcome! I’m glad you found the steps helpful.

Yes, after creating a Sitemap and submitting it to Google Search Console, it will definitely help Google crawl and index your site more efficiently. It doesn’t guarantee instant indexing, but it signals to Google that your site is structured and ready to be explored. Also, make sure your content is well-optimized with proper long tailed keywords and internal links—this helps boost visibility too!

Have a great day

Shawn

Hi Shawn,

I just checked All in One SEO, but I didn’t see an option for a trial version.

Do I need to pay first to access the trial?

Cheers 😊😊😊

Genie

This is how I did it—I just installed the free version directly from the WordPress plugin directory. I don’t pay for it, and honestly, the free version is good enough for me right now. It does keep bugging me to upgrade, but I don’t need the paid version at this time. You should be able to add it from the back office in WordPress under ‘Plugins > Add New.’ Not sure why it’s not giving you a free option, I have 3 sites that i use it one and love it to be honest , here’s exactly how I installed it:

Step 1: Install AIOSEO from the WordPress Plugin Directory
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- In the left-hand menu, click on "Plugins" > "Add New".
-In the search bar, type "All in One SEO".
- Look for "All in One SEO – Best WordPress SEO Plugin – Easily Improve SEO Rankings" by the All in One SEO Team.
- Click "Install Now" and then "Activate" once the installation is complete.

Step 2: Set Up AIOSEO
* After activation, you’ll see an AIOSEO tab in your WordPress menu.
* The plugin will launch a setup wizard—just follow the steps to configure the basic SEO settings.
* If you want to skip the wizard, go to AIOSEO > General Settings and configure the settings manually.

Step 3: Use the Free Features
The free version includes some solid SEO tools, such as:
- Title & Meta Descriptions
- XML Sitemaps
- Basic Schema Markup
- Social Media Integration
- Robots.txt Editor

It’s definitely enough to get started without needing the Pro version.

Optional: Upgrade to Pro {REALLY DON'T NEED}
If you ever need the advanced features (like Link Assistant, Local SEO, or the Redirection Manager), you can upgrade by going to AIOSEO > General Settings > Upgrade to Pro—but so far, I haven’t needed it.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you still can’t get the free version to show up. you may need to ask Site support

Shawn

1

Hi Shawn,

Do you mean this one?

I searched for "AIOSEO" and found it.

They don’t seem to recognise "All in One SEO" in the back office. 🤣

4. Verify the Sitemap
• Open the sitemap link

When I checked the Sitemap, my pages were already listed. So, I don’t need to do anything else, right? 🤔

Yup you bet that the one i'm using and i have the free version on all 3 of my websites and i really enjoy it.

1

Hey Shawn,

What should I do? 🤔

That’s definitely strange—sorry you’re having trouble! What I’d do is deactivate the plugin first, then try uploading it again. Also, if you have any other SEO plugins running, they might be causing a conflict. It’s worth checking that as well.

If the issue persists, I’d recommend opening a ticket with site support—those guys are fantastic! But before that, try deleting the plugin completely, redownloading it, and then deactivating the SEO Framework plugin. That should help, as you can’t run two SEO plugins at the same time—they’ll clash.

Once you’ve done that, refresh your page and see if it works!
Shawn

I got some replies too. Obviously, AIOSEO is for advanced users like you!
I'll stick with SEO Framework since it was pre-installed in the back office.

Still, thank you so much for spending time guiding me!
Maybe when I become more advanced, I'll switch to AIOSEO. 😎

Cheers!
