I'm still Pushing Forward
Slow Down, Take a Step Back, Then Go Forward
So, here I am 5 months later and have not reached my goals that I have made for myself. It has me down but I'm still working at it. I ran into all kinds of road blocks over the past few months and feel like I'm drowning in a world of neverending dead ends. But since I'm still here, then that means I have to pick myself up and keep pushing forward.
I have been blocked by google on adsense and of course they won't let me back in even though it has been years. I'm having trouble with my link from chitika as it doesn't appear on my sites. And because I don't have enough traffic a lot of affiliate programs won't approve me. these are just temporary roadblocks for me because there are so many other things out there in the WWW that I know it may take some time but I'm still pushing forward.
I have had to take on an outside job, which of course now bites into my time to spend on my own business. But that's okay too cause I'm still pushing forward.
I remember in the past when I would hit these roadblocks I would give up and stop trying. Then after waiting a year or so I try to get back to what I'm doing until I hit the next roadblock, but that's not happening this time because I am determine to make it work this time around no matter how long it take. So, I'm still pushing forward.
I now have no internet at home, yet another roadblock since it limits me to when I can get on the net to work. I go to the library and use their wifi (those hours are limited), I go to McDonald's and use their wifi, and any where else I can get a connection (but that's only when there's enough time now that I work outside the home). It's all a big headache but I'm still pushing forward.
So, if the title doesn't give it away, you see, you have to stay strong and know that it will pay in the end and remember to continue to push forward.
No matter what get's in my way, I am determine to have my own business so that I can make money from home, be my own boss, and live they lifestyle I choose. So until I reach these goals 'I AM STILL PUSHING FORWARD'!

Hi Charkeya. I too have been trying to get through roadblocks as well. And because we have moved I can't get internet access through an exchange either but....I have been able to use what we call a T.Stick which you have to buy then put credit on it and then stick it into the side of your computer to get access to the internet. Just like a a USB stick. It is hit and miss at times and downloading images is hopeless. But it's better than nothing. I too thought about Mac D's or the Library but petrol costs mount up because we are out of town and their is no bus service. So I sorta know what you are going through. Your determination is contagiously awesome. Great post and keep up the great effort and take care :) Patti

When you hear of many successful people's stories, you find that they often had to overcome many many many roadblocks. It sucks now, but when you're looking back on it in the future, you will realize how much you really deserved your success.

Those roadblocks that you speak of are tremendous learning opportunities, so don't shy away from them! I love your mindset here and the fact that you are still pushing forward!
