Back to work after the storm!
Hi everyone,
Hurricane Matthew has come and gone here in Florida. It left behind a lot of devastation, my prayers go out to everyone who was affected. It was a scary time here in my house. The light kept flickering and we heard a lot of transformers blowing. My front and back yard are covered with leaves and branches, luckily none did any damage to our home or cars as so many did. My internet was out and is now finally working normally. I'll be spending the next few days trying to get caught up with all my online work. I am very thankful to still be here and to be able to continue doing what I love to do. I think it's a good thing to be reminded every once in a while of all that we have and how blessed we all are. We get so caught up in our everyday lives that we tend to forget how privileged we are to be alive on this beautiful planet.

Hey Cat, I think you sent it to Melbourne yesterday, we had the worst weather, no power all day, winds at 120km, trees fallen, a few lost their lives... but thank god all is well. I have a friend who was hunkered down for Hurricane Matthew, but all is well with them thank god.. And I'm happy your safe ...
Good news that you're all safe. I'm sure there are many who unfortunately can't say the same.
You are so right I have family in South and North Carolina that I was very glad that it didn't effect them and they are safe. I am really glad y'all are save and didn't suffer to much damage.

I'm so glad that the hurricane is finally over and that you went through unharmed. Indeed that's a great miracle and thanks to God for keeping you safe. Don’t worry about catching up just do what you're able to do each at a time and soon everything will be in place.

One thing to be thankful for is that Hurricane Nicole, the next one, is too far out in the Atlantic to do any damage.
