A) Something targeting mothers of babies/young children who haven't exercised too much previously, who would like to start running. Mayb
Well, if you decide to go Premium here, it's best to make sure your main focus is the online business first, unless you think the physical business has more profit potential. After all, you want to make use of your membership time here!
Honestly, though, I really like both of those niches. You really nailed them down to being just specific enough. I know lots of women just in my own life who are young (Within that age range) who really want to start running. You could give stretching tips, best practices for the running itself, some kind of training program (Perhaps give this away for free as a 1-5 page ebook? Or sell it as a longer one?), how to pick the right shoes, etc. Running has been an interest of mine for a while, but one that I've sort of given up on lately.
While it's great to focus specifically on Women, I will let you know that there's also a lot of young guys (Like myself) who are not happy with their bodies (Women aren't the only one who are self-conscious! :) Kidding). They would absolutely benefit from a site like that too. Either way, it's your site and your niche, this is just an idea.

Thanks for taking the time to look at my ideas and respond so quickly. I would prefer to initially focus on an online business due to the flexible nature of working hours, so perhaps this is the better starting point. I will take all your ideas into consideration.
