A VERY Happy Tuesday to everyone at Wealthy Affiliate (WA) and around the Globe! This is short post to encourage you to start your Social Media engine at Wealthy Affiliate - sooner rather than later.

Yes! I said "around the Globe!". My repeat is a strong reminder that our posts are all over the internet, getting millions of visitors every day. Now that you have been reminded of that, pay closer attention to your posts here and your writing.

The world is watching. 😎

My Social Media Strategy Has Taken Off

Last week, I shared that I had jumped into the world of Social Media (SM). My strategy implementation kicked off over this past weekend and I am LOVING it!!!

Absolutely LOVING it!!!

Today is an offiline, Brick-and-mortar day for me but before I head out, I want to share some quick SM activities with you. I am doing this to help you understand how quickly SM can become a daily strategic initiative for your online business and how easily that can be achieved at WA.

You should remember me saying that I had to first change my relationship with SM. Once that was done, everything fell seamlessly into place.

I have started with my offline business that I am transitioning to an online one, so pretty much starting from scratch here.

Getting Organised Make It So Very Easy

After setting up all my SM accounts over the weekend, I made sure that they were easily accessible on my laptop. When open Google Chrome, this is what I see. Everything neatly laid our and ready for me to dive in.

Pinterest is my 'engine room', as I call it, so that is where I begin. The reason for that is, I can share my Pins across most of my SM platforms from Pinterest and my campaigns are directed to Executive women in business for this company.

I am managing 2 Board Campaigns at Pinterest currently. When I complete my Pins, I immediately send them to Facebook and Twitter. A few clicks and I am done!

Because this business sells professional services, I am also engaged at LinkedIn. A simple click and I am in. I post my Pin, say a few words to engage and that is it.

Notice that there is always a Call to Action. In this case, "Follow our latest campaign".

And The Tail Wags

I tend to end my kick-off activity with Facebook. It is not my highest priority platform, but it does contribute something to my traffic. I am working towards improving this organically over time in the medium-to-long-term.

Facebook is linked to Instagram, so that happens with a few clicks as well.

Once again, the ease of Pinterest. I just click on the Facebook icon to share on Facebook and all the work is done for me. A few choice words again to attract and engage and it is seamlessly completed.

No fussing at all.

First Things First

How long did it take for me to do all this, you ask? Less than an hour!

Remember that I have to get to the office, right? So, managing my time is very important. However, my online businesses have a higher priority now so I get that work in FIRST!

I do not mix matters about what is important.

Now, while I am sitting in meetings and having discussions all day, my SM strategy will be keeping the engines of my online businesses turned for me.

More recognition, engagement, visitors and of course, income, while I am otherwise occupied.

Isn't Wealthy Affiliate great?!?! 😊😃

Have an engaged day everyone!!!!

And . . . get your Social Media engine turning!!!!!!!

Thank you Cassi, I am not using Pinterest at all. I will definitely look into that and this was so encouraging for me trying to deal with different jobs that all pull on my time. I think I might need to switch it around like you suggest to get your SM done and then get to the office.

Elize,

I am so pleased that my post was beneficial to you.
Yes, I continuously move my priorities, depending on where I am on my business journey.

At the moment, mornings are critical to ensure that I am strategically positioned to capitalise on the day's engagements.

All the best with your SM initiatives.

Cassi, when you said:

"Now, while I am sitting in meetings and having discussions all day, my SM strategy will be keeping the engines of my online businesses turned for me. More recognition, engagement, visitors and of course, income, while I am otherwise occupied."

THAT's the major takeaway from this blog post and that really oughtta be the basis for everything each & every one of us does within this Wealthy Affiliate sphere because that key characteristic of making money online while we're off doing other things alleviates the need for us to trade our time for money.

In this particular instance, you just happened to be building your online business via your Social Media campaigns which are beginning to run on autopilot while you were working your brick & mortar day job. However...

At the rate you're going Cassandra, it won't be long before the SM campaigns you're currently setting up will generate enough net positive cash flow for you to ditch your day job if you so choose and spend more of your precious quality time with your loved ones, doing activities you enjoy like extreme sports, swimming in the ocean, or perhaps even sipping wine or whatever while basking on the beach if you want.

You my friend are a Force of Nature and it's soo obvious that you practice what you preach!

Gratefully & Respectfully Yours...

Wow, Charles!

A lot said there.
Thank you so very much.

But is that not the reason we are here?
Not to hustle for a quick buck but rather, to build sustainable businesses online?

You are a man of detail and very succinct with your communication.

Thank you for your continued support, feedback, inspiration and kind words.

Be safe and well.
Cassi

And you're so very welcome Cassi!

Yes that is precisely the reason why we are here--to build sustainable Internet Marketing businesses. That scenario you so clearly painted for us with your words about you making money online while you were engaging in unrelated business meetings just hit home so hard that I figured it's worth repeating for emphasis!

Thank you for your keen observations.

Take care Cassandra & have a happy International Hump Day!

Sincerely...
Charles

That's awesome Cassi, using the Google opening page is a very useful addition as is getting into a daily routine to hit all the major platforms.
YouTube also offers the 'share on social media' facility at the end of uploading your own video. It all makes the process so much easier.

Absolutely, Twack!

I have some things to do before I get to YT, but I will before the year is done.

Thanks much.
Cassi
