When you first join our WA Community, it IS overwhelming! I am not going to downplay that. It IS! There is just so much to explore, see, do, say, learn, understand, mess up. It gets confusing and that can get your knickers AND you brain in a twist. You may well struggle to get yourself off the intersection and the freeway.

I have concluded that for many who eventually make it into this community, they do so after months (even years) of searching and drifting through the internet. Maybe you were attracted to one of the many "get-rich-quick" videos on YouTube or Facebook and got roped in to all the hype, bling and upsells.

By the time you got to WA, you were burnt out. Literally. Burnt out of money, time, patience, effort. You were all burnt out, tired and arrived here expecting WA to make good on all the other false promises that you bought into before.

In other words, you arrived into our WA Community desperate.

Desperate People Do Desperate Things

These days I am really engaged in building my two websites and also launching what I predict will be, a major new product in our country's national market space. My mindset therefore is VERY focused and intense. There is a lot to be done and we are working with some tight deadlines. The current global events are impacting also and we have to put some mitigating strategies in place.

When you are in that mode, you see things differently compared to when you are relaxed and easy-going. Perhaps it is because of my current mode that I am seeing the desperation being communicated.

Sharing that is fine. We are fortunate to be in a VERY supportive community here. BUT, staying in desperation is an absolute no, no it you are serious about succeeding. I highly recommend getting the negative feelings out, dusting yourself off and moving forward - ne step at a time.

This may be easier said than done sometimes, but I believe that no matter how bad things get, there are always options and choices. You have to take that first step though and keep moving in ONE direction.

One direction that takes you up.

Do not allow desperation to keep you trapped in wanting to follow the pathways of others. remember, they have done their time and paid their dues to achieve the success they now have. It took them time and a lot of investment. It will also take you a lot of time and investment.

Find YOUR path, move in the direction YOU want to go and move at YOUR on pace. This is not a competition.

Desperation Can Create Inspiration

I am a "half-full" gal. Life has not always been easy and I have faced some VERY difficult times, often alone. During those times I realise that I have found my most motivating and life-changing inspiration.

During those times I always look inward - not outward - and I NEVER measure myself against others. I become selfish and work on me.

Root Cause Analysis helps a lot:

Ask yourself 5 "why's" and let the answer to each be the basis of the question for the next. That will take you into the root of you situation's problem and help you determine what you need to do to get back on track. Usually there are lessons to be learned and different ways of doing and behaving will emerge.

Then, apply what you have learned. DO things differently!

So, What's YOUR Poison?

Desperation or Inspiration?

Following others or marching to the beat of you own drum?

Doing what you know you have to do to succeed or simply rolling along as the tide flows?

The choice is yours and I trust that you will make a good one - for YOU!
