I use LI to promote myself, professionally, and my Brand.
There is a slim connection to my corporate portfolio and that will go away in 2024.

Now that I am known and my tentacles are connected where I want them to be, I will be joining the dots, connecting to the top 3-4 things that help define me, professionally.

I will do that in an engaging, informative, trustworthy and authoritative way.

I do not sell or ever disclose the confidentiality of my Clients.

Thank you for your answer to my question or query, it's always appreciated!

It does help a lot, Cassi, I think your first sentence almost explains everything I wanted to know! However, I very much appreciate the clarification as I feel I have more to offer than what I am telling people on LinkedIn.

In other words, and I don't mean to blow my own trumpet, but I have learnt a lot about online marketing over the years. I feel I have more to give than what I am giving, regarding LinkedIn. It's good to be able to share our skills and what we have learned!

I also appreciate that you're not selling or enclosing the confidentiality of your clients. That has to be a priority.

And yes, it does help big time!

Please forgive me if I have asked you this before, is there any training on LinkedIn about getting the most out of LinkedIn or something similar? I feel there should be and their probably is!

I keep thinking I will try the free premium upgrade for LinkedIn for one month! I thought I would try last year, but it didn't happen as I was busy with other things. It certainly needs to be wintertime when I have more time to experiment.

I think I have probably asked this question before, but I believe you are using the free version of LinkedIn. But I believe you may have tried the paid version; is that correct?

I'm sure you mean that you haven't tried any of the paid versions of LinkedIn yet; that's interesting! That also makes a lot of sense if you are getting the required results, why move to the paid version!

I do know of someone who uses the paid version of LinkedIn, but he was looking for multiple leads for his business, it paid off!

I have been saying for several years that I will try LinkedIn Premium when my work is a bit quieter; however, it hasn't happened yet!

I can't believe where the time goes, Cassi; already, we are one week into October! The way time is going, we may as well get ready for the following Christmas, too!!

We change the clocks here in the UK at the end of the month, so it will feel like Christmas is well on the way soon! Fortunately, we are having unbelievably good weather here for the time of year. However, that helps to make up for July and August which were not particularly brilliant.

The world is experiencing unbelievable weather, Roy, good and bad.
I am of the opinion that Mother Earth is reclaiming her power and reminding us humans that she IS in charge.

It will get worse because we are not learning and changing our behaviours fast enough.
I cringe when I think about what my daughter and her generation have to manage.

It is still boiling here - literally.
We are averaging mid to high 90s in Trinidad and this will go on until the end of October.
Although it is the rainy season we have had little to no rain.

It is a new week though and we will forge ahead doing what we can.

I agree with you, Cassi, we are certainly living in very strange times. Many people have floods, other places are dry and so on. In this part of England, we normally seem to be on the dry side!

I understand, Cassi, I'm sure it's very difficult being a parent and trying to teach your children the right things. I'm with you, it's not going to be easy for the next generations.

The weather has literally changed here this morning, I think it's time for the shorts to go into hibernation! I always think in the UK, if we have good or bad weather, there is normally payback time!!

Mid 90s is hot, Cassi, especially for an Englishman! Some people claim that man is doing things to the weather, I don't know enough to comment on that, although I do sometimes wonder.

As you mention, we just have to carry on and do what we can.

That's interesting, Cassi! I think many people would like to run from the English weather, but I do kind of like it!

As I was walking the dog this morning, I did think about Greece and the warmer weather! I think the temperature was about 6° C at that point! I think last weekend was about 25 or 26° C, a big difference! Although it's warming up a bit now the sun has come out.

That's very true, Cassi, carry on regardless, as they say!

This time last week, Cassi, it was around 25° C, which is amazing for the time of year! I think today the feel like temperature is around 6° C and we had a frost! It is certainly changeable.

I never take too much notice of what they say regarding the weather here! Especially as they cannot even get the same day's weather correct!

However, we do have a few tabloid papers, one being the Daily Express, which gets very excited about snow and heat waves! The fact is, they rarely happen, so I choose to ignore them! That's not to say that it won't happen, as it could do! Let's see what happens.

That's incredible that it is still hot where you are, Cassi; I do hope the weather returns to normal soon.

Cassi, I know how that feels, I'm pleased to hear that you have had some rain and some cooler weather!

I appreciate that your climate is a lot warmer than the UK, so I'm sure it's even more welcome! However, working outside in East Anglia, it seems that many times in the summer, we are crying out for rain! It may not be really hot, but the last few years or summers seem to have produced little rain! The reason I say this is I love to see things green in England's green and pleasant land!

I'm with you on that regarding East Anglia, Cassi, I love the East Anglian cornfields and more.

It's interesting what you say about Framlingham, I have been there a few times, but is not a place I seriously know. Sadly, that was one of the places that has suffered from flooding, just yesterday (Friday). I don't quite know why these places have flooded, as it's been so dry here in East Anglia, for several months now. So I wouldn't expect flooding right now. Maybe it coincided with a tide or something, I don't really know.

I would send you a link, but I don't think Wealthy Affiliate really likes external links. I'm sure if you carry out a Google search "flooding Framlingham", you will see something.

I'm really sorry to hear about all the flood damage, Cassi. I really don't understand as it's been generally dry here over the last few months. It's important that people and authorities keep ditches and drains clear, so that the water can get away quickly.

It does seem like parts of Suffolk were badly hit. A friend of mine lives at Hitcham, which is near Wattisham, he had a job to get back to his village due to the rain.

Apparently, Wattisham has been renamed "Wettisham", as it had 256 mm of rain in one month, which is a lot! The problem is in East Anglia, if we have a long dry spell, there is always payback time and vice versa! We don't often seem to get a happy medium!

39° C is hot! Last year when we came back from Greece, the temperature reached 39° C the next day, it was considerably warmer than in Greece! That doesn't often happen!

I really like the Christmas break for many reasons. I also like the fact that on the 21st, we reached the shortest day. So when I go back to work outside in January, it's wonderful to watch the days getting longer. It's also nice to watch the bulbs coming up and the buds filling out on the trees and shrubs etc! Signs that spring is not too far away!

I agree with you, Cassi; Christmas is a lovely time of year! It would be very strange if we didn't have Christmas, it's a nice way to finish the year and try and start things off well in the New Year.

Working outside, I love watching the different seasons. This time of year, when everything is downhill and getting darker and darker, it seems slightly gloomy. Although I know lighter days are not too far away!

As I mentioned, I love how things start changing in January. Despite it being the coldest month, there are many signs that spring is on the way!
