frustrating not being able to build a website ,i'm thinking about cancelling premium ,what do you suggest?
What is so hard about building a website? You click the build my website button and it gets programmed and hosted within 1 minute.
Then comes the part where you write content and upload images and videos. It is super simple!
So my response is NO. If anyone of any age and of any level of education or lack there of can build a website here at WA, why can't you?

I haven't had the time,i work a 40 hour week in 4 days , I didn't get too far in the training yet ,I don't think I can afford the monthly payments plus the costs of trying to get these websites up and running.
You can remain a free Starter member as long as you wish. The training here was created so that anyone can build a website.
I'm extremely non-technical, and succeeded in building my website with nothing more than the WA training.
Take your time with the training. Go step-by-step. Repeat if necessary, and of course, ask specific questions if you encounter difficulty.
Ok then , do I need to go to my bank to open up a personal business account ? Do I need legal documents to start up this online busness?
You don't need to do any of that to start blogging. Why not just start at the beginning ... Getting Rolling!

If you want something then you have to persist at it, like when you learned to walk and talk. Clearly you can read and write so you managed to learn that too.
Did you think this was going to be magically easy? Come on. You joined in March 2019 and you've barely even scratched the surface. Do yourself a favour, and do the training. Decide if you want to stay after you have finished the training, not five seconds after you begin.
Or just give up now and know that you've quit before you've begun.
Life is not a sprint, it's a journey.

You are not required to create a separate checking account at your bank for your website.
HOWEVER,
If you are serious about affiliate marketing and staying in this business for the long run I would highly, highly stress you to set up a separate checking account.
Why?
1) IRS Tax reasons. The IRS considers sites that generate income a source of income and will tax it. It is so much easier to handle taxes if you have a separate checking account that shows all deposits and withdrawals that are different from your normal checking.
2) If your site begins to generate decent income monthly, consider registering it as a business. It could be an LLC, Inc, or Limited Partnership.
Having a business gives you a lot of tax write offs you normally would not get, and is simply more professional. How many of your friends own an actual registered business? Probably not many, and that work will separate you from many in the pack.
I would recommend getting a different checking account. But once again you don't need to.

A business account would be ideal yes. But I wouldn't worry about that until you start making some good money.
Not sure exactly what you are asking here. You can have a personal or cheque account for people to make payments into your account. You can also use Paypal to have people pay directly to your Paypal account which you can then transfer to your account.
