Hi,

Just wondering if it's possible to delete the name of the theme and link that appears on the page footer next to the copyright.

If it's a free theme then I would leave it there. There's no such thing as a free lunch :)

Hi Marion, thanks for your advice.

Yes. It's a free theme.

The problem is that in my websites in other languages, it still appears in English and I want to delete it and write something in the same language than the site.

I agree with Marion - to keep people developing free themes, it's respectful to the designers to keep a link to them there.

If you want to display the same message in a different language - I would suggest contacting the theme authors and explaining what you would like - they may be happy to provide that functionality.

If you still want to just remove/replace it - then you can - normally from the footer.php file (Appearance -> Editor) but make a backup before you edit it.

Cheers, Mark

Thanks Mark.

I'll try to contact them and see what they say.
