First experience with SiteComments Platform
Well, now I understand why quite often WA members post a blog with the differences between comments and feedback.
I guess it's because disappointing comments had been received on their websites using the SiteComments Platform of WA.
So I am.
People still don't read the instructions and left feedback about the website and not comments related to the page or post content as we request.
In my case is even worst, because my websites hosted at WA are in Spanish and get comments telling you in English that they can't understand Spanish but the website looks nice or that what they read using Google translate looks good doesn't help. It's fine to post it here at WA, but not on my websites.
Not too happy today.

Hey Carlos I would suggest using a plugin that has the option to go to English. It's a good user experience, and you can select other languages that people can read. :)
Thanks.
However it isn't about people being able to read Spanish, the problems are two:
-If the website is in Spanish i expect comments in that language.
-People provide feedback about the website, not comments related to the post
Yes that is great advice. Leave feedback for WA and not in comments section of your website.
