Email forwarding is an outdated technology that no longer functions reliably, which is why we do not offer it here at WA. Modern email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, and others often reject forwarded emails because email forwarding lacks the necessary security and authentication measures, such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Additionally, forwarding can increase the risk of emails being flagged as spam or outright blocked.
If you currently have email forwarding set up at WA, we recommend deleting those forwards and instead setting up dedicated webmail email addresses for sending and receiving messages securely.
Alternatively, if you prefer using Gmail to manage your domain-based emails, we can help set up Google Workspace for your domain. This would allow you to send and receive emails via Gmail while ensuring proper authentication and deliverability. Let us know if you’d like assistance with this.

Thank you for your quick reply. Just to be clear, if I have my dedicated email set up through WA, then I have to log in whenever I want to use it, correct? Thereofre, you are suggestiong Google Workspace so I can just set it up on my phone? If so, then I could use help in settig that up. Thank you again.
Well - you can always leave your webmail open on your phone in a browser, but Google Workspace is going to allow you to just manage it via the GMAIL app which is the best email platform in the world. Far more elaborate than any webmail could possibly be.
If you'd like help setting this up, then familiarize yourself with Google Workspace - there's a small monthly fee to Google, but it's well worth it IMO, I use it daily.

Keep in mind, a template is different from a theme. A theme comes as a package containing many files, and templates are part of those files. If you have a template, it was designed to work with a specific WordPress theme.
For example, I use the GeneratePress theme for my sites. If you pay for GeneratePress Premium (which I do), you get access to a library of pre-designed site templates. I could not use any of those templates with any other theme, they only work with GeneratePress.
So, find out if you truly have a template, or if it's a theme. It definitely matters. If it's a template, then you will have to first install the theme it was designed to work with.
Thank you for that info. Yes, it says it is a template. So when I get the file it will have instructions and I imagine it will tell me what theme I need to use. I will downloaad the file and instuructions and see what I get. I did see in the themes that I could add my own zip file. The program that's giving this to me will give me help to set everything up for only $300 if I can't figure it out. I just wanted to host it here so that I don't have to pay another service. Otherwise, I will continue to use the site I already have set up in WA. Detail, details. Thanks again for your help.
Yes, it appears I can choose from a selection of templates, which tells me they are already using a theme. They will provide me with instructions and support help if I need it for $300. Sounds like a deal to me! Thanks for your help.
You can indeed.
You may try Appearance > Themes and add a new one. If you have a zip file, you can upload it to your WordPress. You may need a code in order to activate the theme.
You may also have Import Demo Content - and if that, you may get instructions to upload to your theme.
However, if you still are having issues, you may reach out to site support.

Have you tried reaching out to site support? If it's a WordPress template I'm sure you can. You will need a domain name to attach it to. But I would check with site support and tell them exactly what you want to do.

FB gives tasks (instructions) for the developer. I can't even find any apps in my facebook account to make any changes.
