I am ranking on Google for my keywords. I am coming up number 4 for "wealthy affiliate" which links to my Google Plus post which links to my WA review page (http://rocketaffiliate.

It's because you are logged into Google while searching, so it's showing you the Google Plus post you made, deeming that to be relevant to you. If you log out and search again, you might see different results..

Well, my bubble was just burst : ) Thanks for the info Dom.

heh sorry to break it to you :)

I was looking around on Bing the other day. I did some searching for a couple of keywords then compared Bing results to Google. There was quite a difference in the number of compet

Good question and good answer Thanks

So far Google is holding on to about 66-67% of searches, To Ignore Google would most likely be a mistake. You might try a type of split testing though to see how effective Bing would be. Make two articles, not identical, but of similar quality and content length. Then target one article to the best keywords for it on Google and the other article for Bing. Seeing how you rank and hits received, you should get an idea if you are going to get any better results by targeting Bing.
PPC advertising has been much cheaper on Bing to my understanding so that may be worth trying.

Thanks for the insight, Ed. I definitely would not eliminate Google. With so much competition, I am thinking some of the even smaller search engines may prove beneficial.
