Hey Brooksqueen!
You can get a webcam and stream from it. You probably have to have specialized equipment to setup your camera to your computer so I'm guessing a webcam might be cheaper and you can find decent quality ones now.

I want to use the Facebook live streaming feature. I have cameras and enforcers. But the live streaming feature is not available on Facebook web.

Although I have encountered some minor flows, it is probably the best commenting system in the business. It ensures that the comments are relevant and thorough, thus adding to the content of your blog, which is exactly the idea!
