A word of encouragement for all those waiting for their sites to be indexed.

I started www.craftybetty.co.za on the 4th of October 2016. I haven't done much work on it - the site itself is a pay-it-forward act for me. I am hosting it here, designing it and uploading photos for the shop part of it. I am also uploading content as and when it comes in. There hasn't been much more than that done because I have asked the lady concerned to write a short blog about each item and take photos of it the creation process. But she hasn't. So there hasn't been much content to upload.

Nevertheless - this site was indexed today.

So follow the steps / lessons as they are presented.

Don't overload your site with links and affiliate links to begin with.

Work on your site regularly - even just to tweak things if there is no content to add.

Then be patient.
