I have a Domain name all ready.
Kick Ass Leathers .com.
I want to promote riding leathers for men and woman.
Do i need to get a web site threw the manager?

As a premium member, you can transfer a domain name
to WA for hosting. So I am not exactly sure what you
are asking here. And if you purchased the domain here
then you just go to Websites and Site Manager and you
will see your domain listed there to build.

And if
OK...if I understand you correctly, you already have a domain name but you want to create a site for it here at WA? If that’s the case then you can either point your existing domain to WA’s servers or transfer it to WA. Once done, you can build your site on that domain.
You can also start building your site right away by choosing one of the free domains at siterubix.com and move it to your domain once it’s here.
I suggest you follow the training here: Online Entrepreneur Certification - Getting Started Level 1 If you have any questions or need help, don’t hesitate to ask.

This is in section 3 of the training: Online Entrepreneur Certification - Making Money! Level 3 You first need to complete the other 2 sections to get to this point. I would not skip ahead Brent.
Why would you choose a niche build a website set it up before you found a supplier for the niche you were interested in/
Because just about any niche you choose already has a supplier somewhere you can work with, the problem is, people pick niches they have no interest in and from the supplier end first and then screw up their business because they have no passion for that.

WHAT Product are you talking about?
eye lash curler or a skid-steer unit or ???
HOW to set up distribution depends on where the manufacturer is located. Manufacturers that are located in the country you live in are easier to access. Some of them have low-quantity-limits and that can be challenging to new-sellers.
What does it matter what product I'm talking about. Anything you decide to promote as your niche. Where do you go to find a product you might want to use as your niche ?
And where do you go to find a business that is set up for an affiliate program that sells that product. I have yet to find any information that section yet.

you will be taken through the process - using google to search for them.
to answer the last part - you never actually physically deal with teh products - you are a commissioned based salesman for the affiliate company
so ou recommend products as solutions to problems within your niche.

Haha, you're jumping a head of yourself too much. Just follow the training, and it's all explained. Trust me :D
To answer your question, you join affiliate programs, and you just refer people to the other companies site. If people go through your link and buy something on the other store, then you make some money. That's pretty much the gist of it.

1st you must choose a niche/product you want as your niche, then get a domain name to suit your niche, then create and build a website
All of this is in the training to get started and go well
Also, it is way too early to be thinking about marketing via Affiliate programs as you have to build a foundation 1st
The training does it all in order of how to do this
