I requested cancellation of this program on the 5th of this month with a refund. My time in the program was a month. Will I get a refund?
The right way to stop billing is going to

clicking on Membership and then clicking on “Stop Billing and Cancel Membership”
You did that? Also, that should be done the day before being billed again at the latest.
Even though the following is in the WA terms, you may want to send a private message to Kyle but I’m not sure if you could get a refund:
“Subscription to Wealthy Affiliate Premium and Paid Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis (as per the option you have chosen when you purchased Services) and are non-refundable for the subscription period they are purchased for.”

For what exactly? If you took the first-month discount and nothing more than you have gotten the service you paid for.
