This is a great site and there are great people here, however I notice people just writing and commenting, just be be commenting. I get it people want to make rank but if your just going to repeat what someone else just said why bother. And it's great people welcome new members but damn if your just going down the list on the money goals page, are really making people feel welcome? Kyle and Carson I understand it's their site, I may comment on a few peoples goals but not every one. I am also not going to comment on something if I feel it's not going to be helpful or encouraging.
I don't maybe I'm wrong for even writing this, I just feel that if your more worried about getting your rank up than you are about genuinely helping and encouraging, well your not being very authentic.
Let's see what kind of feedback this gets LOL

Great post however i could not disagree with you more. Why I have been in other community where folks were selfish and it never could be classified as a COMMUNITY. People speak in a community, they are warm and approachable. I would not like to be intimidate to the point i am afraid to ask for help. Ranking?// well all I can say is there should be a balance and that incentive is for a reason.. It's called Purpose Driven....But my interpretation may not be another but I love it..
I'm not saying that asking for help or giving an answer is bad, I'm saying that some people take it to far. But hey what do I know LOL. Thank you for your feedback
Totally agree with you. I know I've posted a lot but I genuinely only post if I feel I have something helpful to say or a question to ask, to help the person clarify what they are asking.
Yes I think that you are genuine in your posts and your wanting to help others, you have helped me on more than one occasion :-)
I agree with you, and have noticed this a lot myself. Its not about the number under the rank, its about adding something to the post, being helpful, supportive and encouraging. That's my take on it anyway :-) I also see a lot of posts in activity ( whether its a blog, discussion, or what ever), that look like rank seekers to me. If you are honestly looking for help I'm more than willing to reply, but those I feel are just seeking rank ( and you can usually tell) I don't waste my time and energy.. I save it for those that are genuinely look for answers, help, support. This is a great community we have here, and most of us are only after keeping it that way, helping each other out. I don't know what kind of replies we will get back either lol, it could be interesting. But I think those that are genuine, will support you and know what you are talking about. Those that give negative comments, they are not worth the time worrying, about because they are probably not in it it to support anyone, but are just out for themselves. I was wondering if I was the only one noticing this .... Take care.
I am with you on the posts in the activity feed lol but I just figure people cant possibly keep that up for an extended period of time and then ranks will still start to balance back out. Its just not important enough for me to be concerned with when I know there are plenty of people that are genuine

Yeah it was an issue mentioned in the past but if people are that set on gaming the system there really isnt much you can do at this point i suppose. Some people are really just trying to be helpful or welcoming even if it seems like its excessive =). That time could be much better spent. I take my time to answer things I think I know the answer to because its the least I can do when so many people have helped me.
The fact of the matter is that if someone is that focused on gaining rank here then they are not focused on their own websites or business enough - which is why we are all here to begin with! So in the long run they are just hurting themselves as far as I am concerned. But maybe that's just me =).
Yeah I hear you, think I'm just going to focus on me for now, leave the WA part alone, I'll help here and there but the bottom line is we all are here trying to earn a living.
:-) agreed
