Google SEO - What Does Matt Cutts Say?
There are many of you who have been following me here at Wealthy Affiliate (WA) and there may be some of you reading this who have not followed me. Those who are following me know that I have been blogging and teaching a lot lately about the SEO aspects of Google. All you have to do is just look at the majority of my blog posts since November 2013. Since becoming a member of Google+ and gaining Google Authorship I have been learning as much as I can about Google and SEO that is outside the training here at WA.
I LOVE LEARNING FROM KYLE & GOOGLE
It amazes me how up to date Kyle’s training is here at Wealthy Affiliate and in some cases is ahead of what Google rolls out. That being said is the reason why I enjoy learning as much as I can about Google and SEO. I then take action on what I learn from Kyle and then from Google Webmaster Tools. Because of this I am seeing better traffic and SERPs for my web pages. I know that it’s only going to get better for my websites and when I know something works well, I like to share it with all of you.
So today’s blog post will contain 4 links to many of the videos from Google’s Matt Cutts that I have used to better my education on what Google likes to see from us and also how Google can help us create better websites. BRANDABLE OR KEYWORD DOMAINS
What does Matt Cutts say about a domain name that has keywords in it? Matt says there isn’t any advantage to having a domain name that is a keyword and he prefers a domain name that is more brandable.

What does Matt Cutts say about keyword density? Using the keywords twice in a natural way is okay but if you over use your keywords to get it in your content as many times as you can, you will hurt the value and rank of your website.

Hey Milton! In addition to Kyle's training I also follow the advice of Matt Cutts and I have many of his video links saved on my computer. I figured that these 4 videos are answers to some of the questions that I see many newbie WA members asking. So that was the reason for my choices.

Yup. It makes a lot of sense to listen to what Matt Cutts is saying. He has definitely been showing up on my radar screen a lot as of late as the face of Google SEO. By-the-way, his channel on youtube is called GoogleWebmasterHelp. I think I'm going to subscribe to it!
