We could accomplish alot more but we do need the sleep and food to survive on for health and stamina. But that is a good idea though.

That’s why I’m so crazy I haven’t slept enough in 40 years.

Being an insomniac has its advantages. Midnite runs with the dog. Hit the gym at 3 am. All doable. lol

Hi Benjamin,
I think having a consistent pattern of activities within that 24 hours time frame is crucial to train our body and mind to what we want to Accomplish. Definitely we need to strike the balance. Anything that is excessive can be harmful to body and mind which include sleeping.

I agree Joe but I have always had a problem with overload. Went back to school at 50 years old and took music classes Architecture Advanced writing and computer. Anyway it was more than I should have taken. I forgot I can’t do everything. Thank you for your response.

All this talk of sleep! When I go to bed my brain wakes up and I can't get a decent nights sleep so I'm constantly tired. My brain must be in another time zone.

Being healthy is the main thing. Eat Sleep work play everything in moderation

I don't sleep at night but boy can I sleep in the morning!

This is where being a chronic insomniac is sometimes a good thing LOL
