The Wealthy Affiliate Promise of Site Support
What a night it was last night! Working along doing training and building websites and then - BAM - I no longer have access to my websites. I clear my cache on both my computer and on my websites, I check my internet, I start logging in from other devices, and....nothing. Still can't get in.
About to rip my hair out and throw my computer down a flight of stairs, I contact Site Support. These folks are the real deal. Not only do they deal with my cryptic messages because I am not exactly sure how to explain what is happening given my newness to the technology, but they stay on with me and respond to my follow up questions in ways I can understand. They deal with WA site issues and they also go above and beyond to look at what might be happening on my side with my internet provider. They have suggestions. They have solutions. My point - these people are masters of their craft.
I've been a part of this community for a couple of weeks, and to say I am impressed with the site support would be an understatement. My own IT at work isn't this helpful! So to those who may not be computer savvy or have a ton of skills, don't worry, these folks have got your back.
So for those on site support who may be reading this - Thank you! You literally interrupted my nervous breakdown. Thank you for all that you do for this wonderful community of affiliates.

Wealthy Affiliate site support are indeed something special and very responsive.
I once downloaded a plugin for my website and then I could not access my website. I contacted site support and within minutes they said the plugin that I had just downloaded brought with it another plugin, if you deactivate that plugin you will be able to access your website.
I did what they recommended and it resolved the issue, all of the above was resolved in eight minutes.
Site support is 24 hours a day 7 days a week, regardless of what country you are in.
