Ok. Silly question but I've been on it for half an hour and it's starting to annoy me. I just published a post on my siterubix page BUT I see that the background color of this p

There is a way to change it via the the code under Editor under Appearance (I think). I am away from my desktop right now so i would need to double check. My recommendation would be to use Appearance and then Customize if you can, but f you do try to update code then definitely backup the code before updating it and try to see if there is plugin that extends the functionality of Customize if you change the color within the menu itself. Let me know if u have any questions..i have been delving down into my wordpress code lately to fix google speedtest errors lately so the errors don't show up in Google Webmaster tools.

Oh thanks for the help markus. I actually changed the theme and in the new one the backgroundnis white by default so I just left it like that! Thanks again for your time.

If it's possible on your theme, you should be able to access the color for the post background in Appearance, Customize. I have several WP sites and what's in customize is different for all, i.e. some are much more customizable than others. I'm sure there's a way to change it via coding, but that's a bit beyond me.

Oh ok. I didn't think of that. I'm going to change the theme, I'll see if I have more options. Thanks Carla.

Hi. I'm kind of stuck in the "creating a website" stage. I'd like to buy my own domain name because it doesn't seem that expensive and it would be an advantage for my business.

Creating your website on your own domain is really simple. You just set the nameservers to WA and when you click, "Build My Website" and create one just indicate it is on your own domain.

Thank you for your quick answer. I actually followed what you told me and I can more or less see how it can be done now! Thanks again

Not a problem, man!
Let me know once you build it. I would love to see it!
