Understanding Google Analytics
If you're anything like me then you learned just enough about Google Analytics in our training to understand where you were and what you were looking at but there is so much more we need to know. I consider myself a pretty sharp guy but I have been lost trying to sift through all of the data, filters, reports, etc.
I have decided to take a day away from WA and go through all of Google's Analytics Academy training courses. I am already learning a lot and I hope you join me so you can understand more about how to get the most out of the website you have created here at WA.

That’s what I’m seeing also. This may take days or a week to get through but it’s probably best if we go at a pace where we’ll truly understand it and be able to use the data.
I am going to follow this up with another blog when I finish getting through it.

Thanks for the link. It would be nice to be able to understand some of the stats I am looking at.
Hey Rick I did a course a few years back and although it was basic enough I did learn some really cool things that help me work through the analytics of my website.
I see the courses have been upgraded, as analytics keeps changing I suppose that was inevitable.
I will have to do a refresher.

Great to know.. it’s a lot to understand but can be very beneficial!
