I'm going to give you some criticism now - it's only because I want you to be successful. You decide if it's valid or not.
1- Like you said yourself, you NEED pictures. People may skip over your post even if it ranks high if it's not super easy to read.
2- I don't know if your theme allows it, but a navigation menu at the top of the page can make it much easier for readers to follow the steps you are leading them through.
3- You mention other programs besides WA. But you do not link to them. People may choose to go with one of those - why shouldn't you earn a commission?
4- I read your about page, and I think you should reference WA strongly there and then link to your review.
5- I'm pretty sure that Viagra online is a spam comment. You should probably delete it.
