If I create a post on my site that is not set to rank in Google, but is strictly used to feature relevant deals, will Google still frown up this although is not a part of my SE
Yes, you can. Just click the checkbox down in the ALL in One SEO (if you are using that) "noindex this page/post".
Thanks Howard. To clarify, this will bypass the red flags Google raise when you are posting too many click out ads?
I also, like to select "open in new window" to also keep people on my site.
I think, and I can't swear to it, but you can research this, if you choose to also not include it in your sitemap, that may bypass the red flags. There is an option in there to get help on each of those choices in the All in One SEO area.

Will cross referencing keywords in a post get more ranking in Google?
Will a keyword in the header, with keyword rich content following generate ranking in Goolge?
You have a chance at being ranked with all kinds of different words in your content. I watched a video from Kyle when he was talking about rankings and they ranked him on something he was just using as an example I think. I know for sure I watched this video where he said that they ranked him for something else.
Yes, they both have the potential to be ranked along with other phrases you wouldn't even think are keywords but they are.
Thanks Mark! I thought of this because I have keywords that are populating on my keyword list that I would more than likely place in the same article. I would just make sure that the article is keyword rich with all relevant terms.
