Learning curve and some challenges on the way
Seven weeks now with WA and a few attempts to set up a website. I started a few websites as sub-sites on siterubix and killed them. I installed a local host server on my computer, started some local websites and killed them. But I gathered experience in creating wordpress websites.
Themes and Tools I have settled on
Now I am settled on two themes - the first one is Iconic One Pro (a premium theme) and RedWave Lite (A free theme). I have learnt how to use Beaver Builder, a page builder, with these themes and started creating my first serious website on my own domain hosted with WA. I also experimented with some plugins. So now in progress is affiliatemoneysecrets.com.
I have also installed DesktopServer on my computer. This allows me to have unlimited wordpress sites using my own computer for staging, experimenting and developing fully functional wordpress websites using any themes and plugins. Once my site is fully developped I can push it on my live hosting.
Some great online resources I use
When I need great free images, I go to Unsplash and Pixabay. When I want to do image composition I use Canva. These are all free to use.
Other projects in the pipeline
I have two other project in the pipeline - one with wpaffiliatemarketer.com and another one with helmofsuccess.com. But for now, I must focus and complete my affiliatemoneysecrets.com. This will take me some two more weeks - but I am patient. My aim it to have this domain up and running with at least 25 articles which I am writing myself. This will represent some 60 hours work. my target is 15th of August.
Some time management challenges
We all have 24 hours a day and many things to do and we must set our priorities. But when you have professional obligations, it is not always easy to cope with everything; so I had to take a small break from my important - not urgent tasks and concentrate on the important - urgent ones. The important urgent tasks are those related to commitments taken with others and where there are deadlines. We cannot run away from these.
Taking a break from the important-not urgent tasks is not what I should have been doing. I could have planned my day so that I devote some two hours a day for these tasks. I could have done these, for example, by getting up earlier in the morning. I admit, there has been some procrastination on my part - so I do my mea-culpa here.
My point in staying with WA is that I should be able to devote enough time to my important-not urgent tasks which really are my long term goals. I want to earn enough money on-line and be able to spend more time with my loved ones. I have fixed a one year target for this to happen.
Dear WA community members, i am sure and certain that this can happen for me and for you also! Next progress note on 15 August. Hope to have you review my website then.

Thanks Ekautz for your encouragements. Hmm. You are right, I have a plan getting up at 4.30 am everyday to write at least 3 articles a day - one for each of my sites. :) -

You're welcome Bashir!
One article a week is fine Bashir. After, of course, you have a dozen or so on your site. The important thing is consistency and not running out of quality engaging content.
If you are going to write an article everyday all year long that is 365 articles ... quality WILL suffer and topics WILL run dry. Then you will have nothing to write next year to keep building Google ranking.
Keep this in mind.
ROCK ON!

Thanks you EKautz. One article a week is a breeze. I will follow your advice. One good quality article of around 1200 words wrapped up well for Hummingbird. This will leave me time for my other projects. Cool!

Always post the article on the same day to show consistency with Google.
Also you can write a bunch of articles ahead of time if you'd like .... just do not "publish" them. Instead save them as a draft. If you do this then you will be all set should 'life' get in the way and you cannot write for a week or so.
You got this! Do Not Spread Yourself Too Thin!!

You have a lot going on Bashir! It sounds like your focused in and your plan is set now the hard part ... working that plan and growing with it as it evolves.
Make sure you don't just drop 25 articles on your site and call it a day - you MUST update with new articles on a regular basis to get good Google rankings.
Best success to you!
ROCK ON!
