So over the last few weeks I have had around 130 new visitors to my website, answer me this, why are they not clicking on my links and buying stuff?
It depends, just because you have traffic is no guarantee for clicks or conversions. You have to provide them with a reason to buy from you. They have to like you, want to help you, you have to give them something more than just a 'buy signal.' In fact, if your buying signals are too strong (more ads than content) it will drive your visitors away.
Yeah My buying signals are a little too weak maybe, you wanna check it out real quick for me?
That's a good idea. I think your buy signals are too strong, not too weak. Lose the slider, you're clubbing your visitors over the head with buy signals before they know anything about you. Make your 'about me' page your static home page, delete the advertising off of it and instead capture email addresses with the promise of a 'fitness newsletter.' That's just my .02.
Yeah alright, not sure about deleting the advertising though, going to the gym later, hopefully able to get a good picture of myself

Don't expect much until you receive about 5,000 visitors.
