Google Indexed my Site!
Due to illness I was away for a while, life was not good and I just couldn't get my act together. Pain and depression paralyzed my spirit and knocked me down and it was a struggle to get back up. I just wasn't up to the task ahead.
But now I'm back. ( yes I know, bad grammar starting a sentence with but... don't care.) Did ya miss me... yes ya did... ya know ya luv me, heh, heh.. wink, wink.. nudge, nudge,... cheeky grin.
Feeling much better and in good spirits now; ready to get my nose back to the grindstone and my life back on track. Gonna put in the time and make things happen!
I published my "about me" post and "privacy policy" page last night and today I see google indexed my site. That didn't take long at all... must have done something right.
Awesome! What a great way to get back into the swing of things.

I'm sorry you had a rough patch, I feel ya, I have fibromyalgia, post concussion syndrome and a herniated disc, but I've learned to live life to the fullest and have put my full attention to the training and my website since August 2018.

fibromyalgia is a big part of my health issues as well as osteoarthritis and scoliosis. most of the time I refuse to let pain rule my life and just power through it. I'm too stubborn to let pain get to me and just keep on mucking along but every once in awhile everything just goes nuts on me and knocks me for a loop and then it takes me a bit of time to feel human again.
if you have fibromyalgia then I'm sure you know what that is all about
