Those 86,400 reasons apply to anything and everything. What are the 86,400 reasons? Time. They are simply the ticking seconds of the clock.

There are 86,400 Seconds in Each And Every Day

Picture a bank account, and within that account you're credited with $86,400 dollars every morning. No balance is carried from the previous day, and anything that is left unused is deleted for good. Would you leave the balance behind only to be thrown away? Certainly not! Who would throw away good money? You'd find a way to spend every last cent, wouldn't you?

The Bank Account is Not Money - It's Time

A the beginning of each day everyone is credited with 86,400 seconds to accomplish whatever it is that we set out to do that day. Each night the seconds tick off and the account reaches a zero balance at midnight. Once the time is gone you cannot go back. Missed opportunities of time to complete a task, get healthier, take a time-out to rest, make up with someone, work on your business, study for an exam, or to complete a training session cannot be redone. There simply is no going back. The time is gone. The clock is always running. It's relentless.

Strive to Maximize Each and Every Day

Every new day that we can wake up should be viewed as a gift. Not everyone gets to wake up to another day. When I wake up and see that I can roll myself out of bed and hit the floor (feet first of course) I feel like the luckiest guy in the world. Why? Because I get another chance start over, and take a good shot at making it a GREAT day! We're all dealt varying circumstances that are personal to each of us that cause distractions. How you deal with yours are personal to you. The choice is ours to either be happy, or clam up an be sad. Work through the disruptions or distractions and press onward.
What would our lives be like if we were to read, or write something, or learn something new each day?
How would we feel, or what would our health be like if we were to use some of those 86,400 seconds to workout, walk, run, or eat healthier?
How would our relationships look to those we love, appreciate, and respect if we set aside a few of those 86,400 seconds to tell them we love, or appreciate them and the things they do for us.
What would it do for our careers, professions, or businesses if every morning we were laser focused with a master task list for the day, and were determined to be as productive as physically possible today and every day?

We All Have the Same Bank Account

As Wealthy Affiliate members, we all have the same bank account that is loaded with 86,400 seconds EACH and EVERY day. This never changes. No one has more than another person, and No one has less. How we use the seconds of each day are up to each of us. No one can dedicate ALL of the 86,400 seconds to any one thing, simply because we have many other needs throughout the day that will also whittle away at the account. But, everyone CAN find a few minutes to an hour or so to set aside for training.
Here's an example of the possibilities:
If you were to devote a minimum of 30 minutes per day to learning, self improvement, relationships or whatever, every day for a year, you would have by the end of the year invested a total of 657,000 seconds toward living, learning, loving, growing, finding success, wealth, and possibly happiness.
Just 30 minutes a day equates to:
