Clarity, Focus and Outcome YES WE CAN

Hmm clarity, focus and outcome, really? What is she talking about now?? LOL

So today as I was sitting at the river, i was mesmerized that no matter what the riiver knows its course and purpose. It always stays so focused and directed.

Made me take stock of my world and business.

And these questions arose:

1 Am I honestly staying true to my purpose?

2. Do I look for the shiny object or know that its just one step at time?

3. No matter the frustration am I ready to just keep going forward?

4. Does my flow relate well to my output?

5. Am I understanding that this moment is dependent on my clarity and focus?

And then it all came together, for if my clarity and focus is completely in sync, then the outcome is going to be pretty close to what I am flowing too? Yes?

So what do you think? Does this make sense to you?

So like the river that might have to go around huge boulders, it never questions its own purpose. It just keeps flowing forward.

The idea that we can be the strength of that river is empowering, isn't it?

For if water can keep its flow no matter the obstacles, surely we are ready to take the plunge?

"Go with the flow" now has a different meaning, doesn't it?

What do you think?

In peace and gratitude,

well it's been a while since we've seen one of these. i knew something was missing. inspirational as always. Thanks, Ariel.

Ps be like water - it always runs downhill and always seeks its own level. ........

I confess, I was seduced by a shiny object this week, Went off into a tributary of the river draining the main flow.

Thanks for the reminder and confession is good for the soul.

Keep up the good work.

Be like water, my friend.

I like the way you think, Ariel. Makes a lot of sense. We need to think of ourselves as that river and keep moving forward and moving around those obstacles that get in our way.

I think that might be where the power is.

Great Post. It is interesting the analogy that you had used but you are right the river still flows no matter the obstacles or stumbling blocks the water still flows. We can learn a lot from the streams, rivers, oceans, just by the way the water flows and it is relaxing too. We can't forget that either. Great idea.

Thank you! I take a lot of inspiration from the river. It truly gives me insight and inspiration. Wishing you great flow always!

You are very welcome and thank you I do too. I listen to relaxation music that has the river flowing or when I can go to the shore I watch the waters for hours.

What a great simile, Ariel! Yes, I completely agree that the energy or the drive that keeps us focused on a particular goal is just like the strength of a river. It can get past obstacles - whether big or small - simply through it's natural strength. The only thing that can slow it down and weaken its strength is a drought. Then the river has to gain energy again and wait for rain. I think we sometimes experience droughts and think we can't do it, can't reach our goals. But when we are patient some rain will fall and supply us with more energy. So any drought season is just temporary.

Ahh Sammy, so poetic and true. Love this. Thank you! Hope your flow is always strong and no droughts. But then again the droughts are learning life lessons aren't they? In peace and gratitude, ariel

Hello Marcus, I am so glad you liked it. I know you are flowing well.

Hi Ariel, The thing about rivers is that they are continually flowing so there is eternal motion, sometimes strong, sometimes less so. It would be super to have such power, Best Alan

Hello Alan, and we do. It is just a matter of allowing our thoughts to be that power, yes? Flow well. We are the power.
