And 38 articles I haven't gotten 1 sale. should I move on?

Keep holding on, am on the same path almost on my 10 month mark. Have a positive mind for the next coming year you might hit the jackpot anytime from now.

Hi. I suggest you try to hang in there. I just watched Part 2 of the training that Little Mama did for the road to Vegas. Her story should help inspire you.

Everyone takes a different amount of time to see results - just never give up, keep learning and working, and it will happen for you too :)

You are at the point where your content should be moving up thereby increasing the possibility of sales. You may want to have a mentor look at your site and give you some pointers. You may not like what they have to say at first but they have your best interests at heart.

Also how do you link a previous post to a new post?

If you want to link to a post you've already published then this video should help

If you want to lose your visitors to YouTube then you can just add a link to the video. If you want your visitors to stay on your website then embed the video and don't show the related videos at the end.

Hello David, to answer your first question, when on YouTube and have a video you want to share, click on the video and you will see icons in the top right corner. Click on the arrow and at the bottom you will se several suggestions. Click on copy link. Then head over to your Wordpress and click on the text button in your post. Insert the link you copied and save it. Then click on visual and the You Tube video should be there.
Second question, concern adding a link from the other post to the new post. Highlight the words where you want to place the link. Then go to the old post, copy the URL, then click on the link icon at the top of the new post. A pop up will appear. Place the URL there. Also click on open in new window, select the website that you are working on, then click on insert.

For Youtube, you will see "Share" underneath the video. When you click it, it will give you the link. You will copy and paste into the link icon in WP. The same thing as the previous post. You copy the url and paste to the link icon to hyperlink it.

Doing some research and they are saying not to put a date in the URL so you can change it every year.

there is just no benefit to adding a date to a URL. why would you want to do that?

The suggestion is not so you can change it every year.

even dated titles don't seem to have the same impact as they once did except for some product comparison posts.

The year is only in the slug if you add it to the title of the post. You can see the 'slug' (URL) at the top of your post in Wordpress.

Thank you very much.
