Streamlining Content Creation: How I Leverage Wealthy Affiliate and AI Tools to Enhance My Blog
Creating engaging and high-quality content is something that I am still learning, and I am trying my best to create a process that will enable me do just that. In my recent journey with Wealthy Affiliate, I've developed a streamlined process that leverages AI tools to enhance my content creation. Here's how I do it:
Step 1: Creating the VideoTo kick things off, I use OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) to create a video. I focus on providing valuable insights and information without showing my face. This approach keeps the process simple and comfortable for me.
Once I finish recording, I upload the video on a new channel that I created for this particular niche, using the Gmail that I originally created for it.
I know that video creation is an important aspect of content creation. It took me a great deal of time until I became comfortable with the idea. Still, this aspect needs a lot of improvement, but I like learning through doing.
I am not patient enough to learn and then ensure that I have learned enough and then produce. This process does not suit me.
Step 2: Transcribing the VideoOnce the video is ready, I send the transcription to ChatGPT. The transcript serves as the foundation for the article, capturing the key points and details discussed in the video.
Step 3: Generating the ArticleNext, I take the transcript and use ChatGPT to create a comprehensive article around the video content. ChatGPT helps organize the information and ensures it flows well.
Step 4: Utilizing Wealthy Affiliate AIWith the ChatGPT-generated content in hand, I head over to the Wealthy Affiliate (WA) platform. WA offers an AI tool that helps refine and enhance the article. I input the title suggested by ChatGPT and include the content in the inclusions area. WA AI then generates an improved version of the article.
Step 5: Polishing the ContentAfter WA AI has done its magic, I review and polish the article. This step involves adding my personal touch, ensuring clarity, and enhancing readability. I also add one relevant image to make the article visually appealing.
Step 6: Creating Internal LinksTo boost SEO and keep readers engaged, I create internal links to previous articles on my blog. This helps in building a coherent content structure and encourages readers to explore more of my work.
Step 7: Publishing the ArticleOnce satisfied with the article, I publish it on my WordPress blog. I set a feature image and include the video created earlier. This multimedia approach caters to different types of audience preferences.
Step 8: Promoting the ContentPromotion is key to reaching a wider audience. I go back to YouTube and include the link to the article in the video description. I also update previous articles on my blog with links to the newly published content, creating a network of interconnected posts.
Finally, I share the article on various social media platforms, including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Medium. This multi-channel approach helps in driving traffic and increasing visibility.
My objective to social media is not traffic, but actually backlinking. Funny enough, Google is sometimes indexing me, and most of the time not ranking me, so the main traffic source became from social media.
By integrating AI tools and leveraging the Wealthy Affiliate platform, I’ve streamlined my content creation process, making it more efficient and effective. This approach not only saves time but also ensures that I consistently produce high-quality content for my readers.
I created this process out of the WA training, and out of watching Kyle's videos. This process will always be under my personal scrutiny for continuous development.

I’m new around here just getting started. Thank you for this blog post it will certainly help me obtain a better direction to go as I see the end goal.
I do have a question for you though… I have NEVER been on social media. I have no following to speak of, in your example you say that you use these platforms to promote your posts. Is it possible to only use YouTube and your blog posts and still see success if not using social media?
Hello there,
In one of the training videos here in WA that concentrated on backlinking, it advised to share blog posts on social media platforms even if you don't have followers.
I have created a FB page that is currently followed only by two people, who might not even be following the page regularly, but I keep sharing my blogs there.
I then take that share, and share it on my own personal account using third person language.
I do the same with X.
I am concentrating on the accumulated effort over time, not on the success of a single post. In addition to, the backlinking benefits.
To answer your question directly, The process that I explained is one that I have created recently, therefore, I cannot talk about its success or lack of.
In general I am not a believer in right and wrong. I think if you are relaxed with the current process, then that is it, that your style.. Still more backlinking on social media platforms won't hurt.
Saying that, every task that add to our process, takes time. Therefore, you need to see if the time given to this task is one that you can give to this task and is not stressing your daily schedule.

If this time of your life, you don't have time to share on social media, you can postpone it until your time allows oer until you are more comfortable with the task.
The same happened to me with Videos. I knew that creating videos and uploading them to youtube and using them as part of my blog posts is beneficial, but it took me a while until I found the time to do it, and the psychological comfort to create such videos.
I hope my long reply is not too much and that it touched on some of your concerns.
Fantastic reply! And very helpful. I am not very social technically but want to be able to use YouTube exactly like you pose in your post! I’m not saying I would never show myself in the video but I want to offer general information in the vid, placing it on my site for a traffic source. As for the time, thankfully at this time of my semi-retired life I have a lot of it and want to use it wisely to develop traction for a little income beginning in 2026. Not that I wouldn’t like it to happen sooner but the goal is to develop a wide solid foundation and begin taking the time to build on it. I have a skyscraper mentality right now. Solid foundation, a year or two to see beautiful results.
I do have another question for you AcherGreen. Is there training here in WA to teach us how to use YouTube like you are doing in particular to collecting pertinent niche info and not show yourself? And if not would you be willing to show your process in a short training video?
Thanks for sharing, this is great information! Hope you don't mind, but I'm bookmarking this one!
Hi Rami, thanks for sharing. It's inspiring to see how you use Wealthy Affiliate and AI tools to streamline content creation. Your approach to combining video content with blogging and your focus on backlinking through social media are solid strategies. I especially appreciate your commitment to continuous improvement; it's a great reminder that learning is a journey. Keep up the great work!
Thank you iu Steve for your comment.. Im really glad that found the strategy sound..
It took me a long time to reach this process. I am a believer in creating a routine and then depend on accumulated benefit from repeating the same routine over time.
The challenge is to find thaf routine that satisfies one's style and is effective in producing results.
I know that this process satisfies my style.. Time will show if it will produce results.
Thanks again..

Very cool!
I used OBS, but for some reason, I'm not able to use it on the computer I'm currently using...
Instead, I use 'ScreenPal' ( formerly known as 'Screencast-O-Matic). There I can edit and add Ai voice that follows a script.
Your idea to run the script past GPT for an article to be written it a great idea!
Rudy
Heeey, I think I came across the name screen-O-Matic when I was searching back in the day.
For a previous project I used OBS because I was able to create different scenes and use different cameras. Now I am using it because I can just create a scene without using a camera all together.
Using a camera requires a lot of preparation, in terms lighting, personal image...etc. I am just sharing my screen and explaining.
I am not even writing a script or making any preparations. I just record and upload. Hahahaha.
But I like the idea of AI voiceover..
When giving the script to GPT you really have to be careful about the outcome. You will need to go back and forth with GPT because most of the time it catches a few words from the transcript and starts singing solo from its own information from the web without any reference to the transcript thereafter.
Cheers and best of luck
With screenpal, I have the option to record screen or use camera. I'm not a fan, either, so I don't show myself on camera online...
There are a couple good text to speech Ai websites that I've used. You can download the file and add it to the video.
There a humanizer version of ChatGPT that works amazingly well.... I've been working with that version, and I'm impressed by the quality.
I also do a fact check and plagerism checks before posting,
Rudy
