Creating strategies for your website is important, but is only one of many other areas that are needed to be successful online.

Strategies:

Strategies, also known as plans of action, can involve many areas, which are taught here at Wealthy Affiliate.

That may involve areas like content creation and how to best use and apply what is given to you.

Using SEO in the right way, other tactics may include social media marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and so on.

All of which are taught right here, either from Kyle, or from other members, which may include added training or within the WA blogs themselves we have here.

Regardless of how many of these you may use, they are all tailored to benefit not only your website in the case of ranking content, but mainly our specific target audience for the products or services promoted based on your niche.

So, keep going with the training and look around the classes at the top menu for more on these areas.

If you even want to go forward in life, and in this case, as an affiliate marketer having the right attitude and building a positive mindset is vital for your success.

Yet there is more than just having the right mindset as there are other traits within the mindset family that are also needed. Just like having various strategies that may be needed stated above.

It also relates to your beliefs, perspectives that can and will shape your behaviour and approach not only with life in general but here we are relating to your online business.

The question you need to ask yourself is do I have a the right attitude and positive mindset or is it the opposite?

Other parts within the mindset world may include areas such as determination, adaptability along with accepting and knowing and very important learning from any challenges and setbacks that will occur along the way.

Yes, there will be challenges and setbacks as you attempt to move forward this is part of your learning curve that is needed.

When you accept this and fix what didn’t work and change things around you begin to take that next step forward.

Yet there are two other vital areas within the many mindset traits that to me, are the most important attributes to have or develop depending on your stage in life as an affiliate marketer.

These two can either intermingle or blend in with the other traits to make it all work for you.

These two are Patience and Resilience.Patience and Resilience

Patience and resilience are two of the most vital things that need focusing on if one wishes to be successful online.

Patience:

Patience is the ability to remain calm and persistent in the face of delays, obstacles, or difficulties.

To be successful with affiliate marketing, patience is crucial because it can and will take time to see results and build a successful business.

It involves waiting for campaigns to gain traction, for SEO efforts to yield results, for partnerships to develop, and for revenue to grow over time.

Not to mention waiting for your content to rank within the search engines, and more.

Patience is not just a virtue it is a necessity to your success online.

Think of patience as a strategic asset for your online business.

Resilience:

This part relates to your ability to bounce back from any setbacks, and challenges you will face.

This is where you will need to adapt to any changes that occur, be it minor or even failures you may have.

The trick here is to persevere and keep moving forward and don’t take rejections, changes in algorithms like we have seen with Google lately, or dealing with high authority sites relating to your niche.

This is the time to think outside the box and not be those who plod along.

You are better than that.

Many affiliate marketers have failed, including Kyle and Carson.

But what all the successful marketers do is have the patience and build upon their resilience to keep moving forward despite the odds before them.

Simply they don’t give up but push through and learn along the way to make things better long-term

Speaking of long-term, this is one area where patience and resilience are required. You are building a long-term investment with your online business, not expect it to be an overnight success or sensation.

It takes time for some; it could be 6 months to a year or so before you see the great benefit you have been seeking.

Build and learn the many forms of strategies available to you here and use what works best for you at the current time, and as you improve add more strategies where needed.

Patience is not just a virtue but a necessity for any affiliate marketer.

Many experienced members here already know that having patience and resilience is the way forward in order to find success.

Affiliate marketing can change in an instant so you need to be prepared to adapt to such changes and re-adjust where needed to move forward.

It’s important to take each, regardless if it is a failure or success, to one you can improve on with an open mind.

Everything is a learning curve, just keep an open mind and for the most part, think outside the box.

By applying all mentioned above you will find that patience and resilience can become a game-changer for you and your success online.
