September Commisions are in - Money pouring right in, slowly!

With everyone showing how much they make a month, why not show the world how much I make? Wouldn't that be a great idea?
Not sure it will be actually...
You see, I'm not one of those gurus's who are 'killing' it with blogging. Nor am I one of those who actually made much this month.
But I feel as though someone needs to talk about the 'little guy', so who better to do it then, well, the little guy himself?
This is more a post for those who are just starting out, or those who are part way in, to see what you can make with blogging. So, without writing on and on, and never getting anywhere, let's just cut to the chase, and see what I've made!
My monthly commissions for, well, the month...
I know, you're all thinking, "You call this a success post? You've only made 14 bucks...".
It's actually 14.51 to be exact.
It's not much, I will admit. But the cool thing is that I can see the potential. You see, two months ago (July), I made around $3, and last month (August), I made over $5. This month, I made close to $15.
What's even more whacked out, is that the months of July and August, I really didn't do much. Even in the month of September I hardly did much, except for the past week or so.
So, essentially, all the money I made in the month of September came from articles that I've written previously.
What does this mean?
(I think) This means that if I do a ton of work this month, and in the next few months ahead, I'll reap the benefits of what I 'sow' later down in the months ahead. That's partly why I'm writing 2 articles a day, so that down the road WHEN they rank, I'll be able to make money with them.
Starting Slowly
You know, most bloggers don't go from $0 to $500 in a month. Just doesn't happen that often. Most often the case is that it takes baby steps to achieve what you want.
I've made close to $15 this month. Lord-willing, next month will be more than that, and the month after that even better. I may not be able to make what I want to make RIGHT NOW, but over the course of a few months to a year, I should see what I want to see.
So while this isn't a lot of money, it does show the potential in blogging. Yes, it is a really, really, low amount of money. But it has shown me that the process does work. Which is helping me continue to work towards my goal.
Hope this post is an encouragement, and not a discouragement. Continue to grow your business, and one day, sooner or later, you'll reap benefits that you might never ever have dreamed of!
Too many get discouraged by not seeing big results fast, you are doing great!
