We were all where you are now , once. You will find this a very supportive community and as you found out live chat gives you immediate answers

Awesomely welcome :)

You may transfer or point to WA servers (if transferring domain has to end in .com, .net or .org.

To update your domain DNS settings to point to WA. Here are the DNS settings.

ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com

These settings will be updated within your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain) after the transfer has taken place. To transfer your domain here, you need to log in to the current registrar and fetch the EPP code; there's a one-year charge of $15.99, privacy included. One more year will be added to your domain.

Also, it has to have passed the grace period of 60 days.

If you point the dns settings here, you leave it registered at namecheao and you pay Namecheap when it's due. However if you move ir here you have to pay another year straight way, the time is added on but one way you pay and the other way is free

Hi Richard,

You can point by updating the DNS records in your current domain host You will have to set the following nameservers to your current domain provider.

ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com

Transfer is also an option in the site domain tab under the websites dropdown on your main home page.

Best of luck! Ron

Thank you AlohaRon and also cheers for the Dns details

Sure, glad to help!

All the best Ron
