automatic backup
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share this video because it helped me to easily automate backups using the UpdraftPlus plugin for my site. I couldn't figure it out with the video about backing up here at WA and I got some errors on the way because I just started my google drive and did not have the Drive API service activated. I am not an expert so I can't help you with any problems, I just found this useful and would like to share it because it might be helpful for you as well.

It will come in handy for those who want to switch or don't have a backup plugin yet.
It seems to be easier to recover your site compared to other plugins, and I've made a note of it.
Thanks so much for sharing! ~ Jude

Hi Steve, and everyone else who is wondering how often to back up the site. The backup goes automatically and you can put it on daily, weekly, monthly etc. It depends on how large your website is, how often your site gets updated and the average daily traffic to your site. I have found a good article about this: http://tristandenyer.com/how-often-should-you-backup-your-website/. Make sure to run the back up at a time when there's not a lot of traffic to your site cause it can make the site go slower. You can use the "Fix time" addon for that, which you can find in the UpdraftPlus plugin. Good luck!
