As for mushroom coffee however, I believe that would be an acquired taste, but I won't knock it until I've tried it... and the health benefits seem great!

Hi - only those who are following you, as listed in your network, get notified that you have written a blog post. And that's assuming they have their notifications turned on.
Other than that, you have to hope to be seen, among the other blog posts. To be honest, it's perhaps a subject that is better for your website (assuming it relates to your niche) rather than here.
Typically, at WA, blog posts relate to how somebody is doing in their business, or offering useful advice on websites etc.
