OMG I just spend the whole afternoon with her and loved it. It went better than I expected. She gave me more than I bargained for. Yes she gave me a few killer presents which I am going to use in the next few days.

I'm talking about Jaaxy of course. What did you think I was talking about. This is one great tool for writing good content with killer keywords.( you're not disappointed are you: not as spicy as you hoped it was going to be).

I'm sure that the more experienced writers here will agree that Jaaxy is great. I've used Jaaxy from the start and I found a few good and okay keywords but today it really clicked for me. I found a few killers. I found one with an average search of 986 and a QSR of only 7. I might be new at this but I think that's a good one. Well I'm going to use it in an article which I'm going to put on my website.

Having said that, I did some thinking today and did a little exercise for my personal development and wrote down a number of things I want to accomplish this year(with this online business). I've set my goals and made my plan and also tried to look at myself in an objective manner and wrote down everything that I'm good at and everything that I need to work on.

One of the area's were I need to work on is writing. It's pretty clear that researching and writing are the main tasks of an online business and if you want to be successful you must constantly perfect your technique.

So why do I need practice on my writing ? Well first of all English isn't my first language. In my country there are a lot of influences from the US, think movies, sitcoms, music etc., but the spoken and written language is Dutch. Sometimes I have a certain sentence formulated in my head in dutch and then I have to translate it into English to write it down. Ever heard of the saying: It looses something in translation? Well that happens a lot to me and I guess with others who are multi lingual too.

Then there's the fact that I have some sales experience and that I have the tendency to write sentences in a very salesy manner. Working on my website I have hit the backspace button a lot because I realize that sometimes you need to slow it down in order to be able to speed up again(call to action).

So I have come to a decision. I have to write a blog here everyday to practice my writing and my new love Jaaxy is going to help me to target those killer keywords.

Write to you tomorrow,

Cheers

Alan

Yep. I'm a Jaaxy addict too.
Alan did you know that your blogs here at WA get indexed on google too. So when you write each blog, use jaaxy or the WA keyword tool to find a low hanging phrase for your title/subject. Don't waste one word. The audience here is much wider than just us couple of 100,000 members.
Go with heart,
from Janelle.

Thank you Janelle. Yes I did know the blogs here get indexed so that's the whole point of writing everyday; to practice.

Amazing progress Alan!
Remember I said Jaxxy was Awesome Tool :)
Can't wait to hear more!

Yes Adam you did tell me :)

Hey Alan yes Jaaxy is a great instrument with finding top of line keywords. I have used Jaaxy quite a bit along with keyword search tool here within WA. Both are excellent tools. When it comes to writing or anything else, my mom(R.I.P) always told me when I was young that practice makes perfect. As I go thru the classes here I thought at first that all of this writing was to much because I was not to good at writing either. Now I understand why Kyle have us so tuned into writing because the more you do it(practice) it becomes second nature and the words and sentences flow out so naturally, so keep reaching upward and I'll see u at the top.

Your friend,
Greg P.

Thank you Greg for your words of encouragement.

You are most welcome my friend.

Good job on self-evaluation:)

self-reflection is a necessity if one wants to obtain success

Hahaha...I thought you dated J.Lo! Well that wouldn't be a surprise at all. This is very well-written. Practice is all we need to hone our writing skills. Keep on writing until it becomes your second nature. Thanks for sharing, Alan. I enjoyed reading your post!

Thank you for your words of encouragement.

You're very welcome, Alan. Enjoy another fantastic week in your WA journey. Have fun writing!

Well written post Alan! I have not found one thing that made me think "English is his second language." As for Jaaxy...I'm beginning to learn more about it as I have hit a snag. Thank you for making me question my thoughts.
Well done...well read!

Keep going.

Hi, English is actually my third language. In Surinam Dutch is the official language and sranang tongo the second language. Sranan tongo is a sort of creole(a mix of different languages). English is everywhere( TV, Radio etc.) and taught in school along with Spanish.

Use the Jaaxy, it will help you

I think you write very well Alan!

Thank you Kerry

Sounds like you and Jaaxy are getting along just fine Alan!

Yes Ken, after today I have a whole new appreciation for Jaaxy

Alan: You could have fooled me. You sound very American to me. You have honed your English skills very well. Now, when I opened this blog I was sure you were going to say, "pattucker," "MarionBlack," or maybe even "Ignorant." lol You surprised me when you said Jaxxy. I think that you need to get a life young man. lol :>) DAN

Hi Dan,
Here in Surinam almost everything on TV is in English. Even my three year old starts to speak English. Writing is something different but practice makes perfect. My wife and kids went to church today and afterwards they went to visit my inlaws. I stayed at home with the flu. So I had the whoooole day to spend with Jaaxy lol
Cheers
Alan

I am a man of the world but not familiar with Surinam. I know that it is on the northern tip of South America (a very small country) but what goes on there? Is Spanish the mother tongue or something else. DAN

No Dutch is the official language, sranang tongo (a sort of creole) is the second, English is everywhere(tv, radio) and is taught in school along with Spanish(which in general isn't spoken very well). And then every ethnic group has their own language which was brought to Surinam by our forefathers.

Woow DAN, that is just too much honor...
But I like you too, so don't worry! ;-)

Very Interesting. Thank you. DAN

And vice versa, my friend. I am kind of a sentimental fool! When someone helps me, well...I just cannot forget it. You have always help me...so you get the recognition. Sorry, That is just the way it is my European friend. LOL DAN

That's a nice thing to have as a person, so you do not have to excuse yourself... ;-)

"excise yourself" What does that mean Bert? DAN

Where do you see excise Dan? ;-) It had to be excuse of course....

See what I mean Bert? I mean really see what I mean? You are so much smarter than me I feel silly sometimes. Thank you for pointing out my ignorance, Ignorant. lol DAN

;-)

I agree Jaaxy is am amazing tool to find keywords and key phrases to write great content. Congratulations on your new love, unfortunately, you will have to share....lol

yes unfortunately :)lol
