Hello everyone!
It's already December 8th, and I want to share how my website did on November 2022.
I kept myself focused on writing new content for this website (Crafts niche and written in Spanish), 20 new blog posts!
8 of these new blog posts are tutorials, which take me more time to write, info posts are so easy to write and as I already have a list of 50 new keywords, it was even easier to write those posts.
Writing a tutorial new post can take me from a few hours to one or two days, and this is because I need to work on the new project, take photos and write some notes of each step, and when the new project is finished and I have all the photos and notes, then I can sit down and write everything for the new post.
Plus, I made a new video of each tutorial, which takes some more work to do.
Writing an Info Post, it's so easy that I can take a look to the new keyword, sit down and write the new post in less then one hour, including the time that it takes to take a new photo, and create all the images for the new post, normally I made 3 images for each post:
- Feature image
- Image for Google images
- Image for Pinterest
Traffic
November was a good month for traffic to this website, it kept around 200 daily visits, which was nice to see.
Money
This website is monetized with Google ads, it started making just a few pennies every day, and last month was nice to see jumping up to one to two dollars every day.
Backlinks
As I keep working on this website sharing more info posts, I can see my audience are reading these new posts, and they might be linking to my site.
Learn More About Your Niche
When I started this website, I thought I knew a lot about this niche, but this year has been a learning time for me, as I started to look for new keywords, I noticed I could learn more about this niche.
As I keep learning more about my niche, I couldn't stop falling in love with my niche, and I can see the potential it has, I can find more and more new keywords about it.
My tip for you, could be this, keep learning about your niche, the more you know, the more you'll be helping your audience.
As you keep learning about how to write your website, don't forget to learn more about your own niche, it will help you to create a website in your niche that everyone will want to read.
My Goal For December
A few months ago, I wrote about finishing 2022 with 400 posts on this website, I'm still far from reaching that mark, I will need to write 40 new posts to reach my goal, will I make it? I really don't know, but I will do my best!
